I might change this rating AFTER the wedding, but I am appalled with them at this time.  We made an appt. for a cake tasting in January.  I went back today (June 27th) to give them a color swatch for the icing.  THEY HAD NOTHING ABOUT MY ORDER IN THEIR BOOKS!  The lady from January hadn't written down the flavors we wanted, the shape, anything!I was understandably upset, and the SAME lady was rude to me and made me feel as if it were my fault.  Thank goodness for Ashley at the front desk; she's the ONLY reason they kept my business.

YUM.

The cakes here are not the cheapest on the planet, but they're not rediculous either.  I have only had birthday cakes from here.  I highly recommend trying their hazelnut carrot cake.  It was absolutely delicious.

I called the day before a bachelorette party and ordered a cake with an upright penis standing on it.  Not only did the girl not laugh at me, but she also took my order, didn't charge me for the last minute rush, offered to get it delivered to me the next day rather than me rushing to East County to pick it up, priced it out, charged my card and thanked me for the business, and all within 4 minutes.

I've had better cakes: this was kinda tall (ie. lots of cake).  Also since I didn't give direction about decor, they did a really plain decor on it.  (I've seen them do nicer cakes).  In addition, it was $70 for the cake, a little more than I wanted to pay, but they only do a minimum size for the cakes with special things on it, like the penis.  But the penis was on it, and that was the most important part.

They took my frantic last minute hysteria, calmed me down and took care of my problem and made me look like a rock star.

THANK YOU CRUMBS OF PARIS!

We got our wedding cake here.  The cake was beautiful and tasted great but it was delivered an hour late.  We planned our wedding from the east coast so it was a little difficult.  We did the cake tastings early but it took many many reminder phone calls and about four months before they actually sent our contract.  We had a very hard time getting our calls or emails returned and every time we called they never seemed to have our information.  Made me a little nervous.  The only thing they did efficiently was cash the check.  The service was terrible but the product and the price were great.  I would not recommend them to anyone.

good cake for a good price.

after all the other costs that came w/ the wedding, i couldn't stomach the idea of paying more than a few dollars for a slice of cake per guest (we had just a shade under 200).  CoP provided has a decent variety of flavors and designs.

our experience w/ them for our wedding was almost perfect.  being the indecisive bride i was, i stopped in there a month before the wedding and asked to make one simple change to the cake (to remove the squiggly lines in the design).  well, the person who helped me merely put an "X" through one side of the cake sketch and assured me the bakers would know what that means.  well, the cake was beautiful, but it still had the squiggly lines on it.

they recreate the cake top for you for free on your one year anniversary which is great bc our top layer didn't last even until our honeymoon :p  the idea of freezing it and then breaking it out a full year later to "celebrate" didn't quite appeal to us.

i would recommend them.  they aren't the fanciest, but it tasted good (and really, don't you remember the cake at weddings only when it takes BAD?) and it didn't break the bank by any means.
