I stayed at this hotel because there was a special group rate for all guests of my cousin's wedding, so starting with the price it was a good deal. We came in at 7:30am expecting them to tell us it was too early to check in, but they were more than accommodating. It seemed like there weren't that many guests checked in which is probably why they were very flexible & also could easily assign adjoining rooms for some of the families.
The rooms & bathrooms were spacious & clean. The staff was very friendly. They had complimentary shuttle service to the train station as well as local driving within a certain area. They seemed very accommodating, but that could just be because we were such a big party for the wedding.
However, there was a surcharge for using the internet which was a big no no for techies such as my little brother. I didn't care because I didn't have time to go on the internet.
All in all I found it to be a nice hotel, however I was so busy since I was in the bridal party I really didn't have time to check out the amenities & all of it's offerings.

I remember spending nights here when I was going to high school. It's close to my high school, so my parents would stay here and I would just join them.
It's clean, and they had a free shuttle to my high school which was cool.
S'ok. Room is nice enough, reasonably comfy. The room service food is pretty so-so, not bad but I wasn't blown away considering how expensive it is. The room cleanliness was ok, though there was some horrid sticky black funk on the shower head that I touched on accident...probably oughta go get a shot.
The workout area and pool are very nice, and the hotel bar is a regular hotel bar...sorta creepy and sterile, but OK. Given that there was some sort of hairdresser show in the hotel that night (they said it like 'heah-dressah'), there was quite an array of jagoffs & Fran Dreschers in there which made for some amusing conversations.
The thorn in my side at this place is the parking...only one guy behind the desk seemed to know the procedure with the parking garage nextdoor. I can't be the only hotel guest who uses it, right? I would think there would be a pretty well known standard procedure for validation and such. But nope, I have to explain every day how and why I need the parking ticket validated.
Overall it's a nice hotel, I'd stay there again. It's near everything downtown, so that alone is a selling point. The downside is that your view is a Nieman Marcus and other mall stuff.

I stayed here once in my freshman year of college because there was a fire in my dormitory. So, the college put us all up in the Crowne Plaza in White Plains because of the proximity to school.
It's a rather nice hotel with all the usual amenities: television, phone and room service, big double beds and a huge bathroom. I was only here for one night, so I did not get much of a feel for it. I enjoyed my stay even though I was displaced from my room at the time.
The bathroom is very spacious with a huge shower/tub and a nice sink. The television has cable and pay-per-view movies.
