For business travel, this is pretty average and you get to earn some Starwood points. Self proclaimed as the most fashionable address in Reading, per the welcome rug at the entrance, this place does have a nice and spacious entrance.
It also feels much larger than other Sheratons, with the interestingly named wings rather than just generic hallways. This venue seems to serve multiple purposes above just housing regular road warriors. It hosts events such as Karaoke nights, a comedy club events, and also some geriatric activities.
The breakfast buffet was fine and is conveniently located close to chain restaurants such as Hooters, Chili's, and others. If you have more time, I'd suggest asking the receptionist for some non-chain dining suggestions because the area does have some good food to offer.

This is my second time here and i have to say, they have impressed me yet again with their Customer Service and Class "A" Service! Both times i graced the hotel, i was on a "Girlfriend Getaway" which is one of the packages they offer, this includes: Overnight accomodations, breakfast each morning a spa treatment at one of 8 spa locations they offer you, a gift bag with coupons, goodies & complimentary gift card. It was lovely, my mom came with me this time and she hasnt stopped talking about it. My clients were happy and want to return.
The food was great the wait staff no matter what time you were in there..whether they had a large crowd or a few people in the dining area..they always greeted you with a smile. I will be returning and telling everyone about it.
