I love staying at the Crowne Plaza Dulles because:
1. The room is super clean and very modern
2. Free wireless and free use of printing stations at main desk
3. Comfy beds with crisp linens
4. Close to great restaurants
5. Great pool
6. Houlihans downstairs for drinks after work!
7. Close to the Metro
8. Will arrange a shuttle for you if your office is within four miles
9. Toiletries!!!!!
10. Special little touches everywhere that make a home away from home.

We got this hotel thru hotwire and the room they gave had a defective and loud AC. The manager on duty stated that the hotel had 100's of ACs that were loud and defective and that he had changed them....I guess not this room. The Breakfast at Houlhans (at the property) was horrible...cold scrambled eggs, hardly anythng edible. We requested a towel from housekeeping and after an hour's wait had to call them as they forgot to deliver. Not sure why this hotel s rated 3 stars!

Great Hotel located near DC area attractions including Smithsonian. This hotel also provides airport transportation. The Hotel is also very clean and elegant.
