Just minutes away from DFW Airport, the Arlington Crowne Plaza, is surrounded by local attractions, such as the Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, and the Ameriquest Field (Texas Rangers).   I stayed here during Cinco de Mayo weekend for my fiance's brother's wedding.  The first thing you will notice about this hotel is the exhilarating atrium within the hotel.  There is a center gazebo with an array of well placed trees surrounding it.  If you look up, you will be able to see all the guest rooms, similar to the Luxor in Las Vegas.

The suite we stayed in was above average.  Huge living room area, a decent bathroom, and over sized comfortable beds.  Better than some Crowne Plaza hotels I have stayed at.  The customer service is also above average.

I usually stay at Marriott's, but this was a great alternative.  The rates are affordable and the suites are clean and modern.  If you are flying into DFW Airport, you can catch their complimentary airport shuttle.
