I bought a Yelp deal for Crown Limousine LA to celebrate my best friend's 30th birthday Halloween party. The driver was on time and as nice as he could be. He drove 10 of my closest girlfriends from West LA to Downtown to get our nails done, stop at bars and enjoy all the little fun secrets Downtown LA has to offer. He took pictures of us, he let us blast the music and he picked us up at each stop on time.
We were having so much fun, we even extended for an additional hour with a minimal fee. I will certainly call them again for a ride. -

When I saw the Yelp deal they had a while ago, I couldn't believe it ($250 for $500 toward a limo rental). I looked at all the reviews and they looked like a good company. I called to make sure they had my wedding date available and bought the Yelp deal and the next day booked them.
The entire process was smooth and their customer service is solid. I really liked their online contract set up.
The day of my wedding, the driver was on time and the limo was very nice. I had forgotten to print out a detailed list of the places we were going, but he was totally laid back and it only took a little information to get him to the right place.
I couldn't have asked for a smoother process, and will definitely use them in the future for my limo needs. -

I picked up a Yelp deal for Crown Limousine and was super impressed by the vehicle but moreover by the first class limousine driver. I sent precious cargo out for the night (21st birthday!) and was able to rest knowing they were in great hands. I will be calling on Crown Limousine services again and look forward to it!

I was trying to figure out how to celebrate a special birthday and decided to go to Temecula to wine taste (great new area by the way) and did some research -- spending the entire day with someone could be awful! I found Crown and Derrell.
He was fantastic and made it so easy. We had a great day (including a dog) with the girls and Darrell.

I recently found Crown Limo on Yelp of all places and used them as transportation too and from the LA Rising concert at LA Memorial Coliseum.
I've gotta say - they were AWESOME! Totally made the experience for me.
After being setup in the system by the awesome folks at the office, the driver came to our location at the pre-designated time (he was early in fact).
He promptly drove us to the location, burrowed through event security, and dropped us off as close to the stadium as possible. After the event, he burrowed through all of the event traffic once again, picked us up, and dropped us at home even though it was almost 1AM.
Huge fan! Love this company and can't wait to use 'em again! -

Our second time using Crown Limo--another flawless experience! Our small group had a van and driver for two days, and everything was perfect, and at very competitive prices. Our driver Pete was fabulous, and I highly recommend him.

I use Crown for our corporate car service and have been using them for some time now. The partners can be particular about their drivers, so I have been through a few different services over the years.
I must say that we are extremely pleased with Crown. Everyone I have worked with in the office is incredible and always confirms with us super quickly. Our CEO has been pleased with every driver he has had and Crown is usually able to accommodate his requests.

I had the travel day from hell until i landed at LAX and i met the nicest driver I ever had his name is Russell, my eyes were hardly open but this guy had a luggage cart and a thing with my name on it bam helped me out hop in a brand new towncar smooth as can be and I'm on my way home. you can't put a price on service and I got amazing service and will recommend more people and when they do a groupon rate again I'm gonna buy up like 5 roundtrip trips to LAX GREAT COMPANY GREAT DRIVER. Cannot tell you how wonderful they were to work with. I was planning out a 16th Birthday party for my brother and his friends. And needed an early pickup with a billion stops. They were able to give me a lower price then anyone else wand were super helpful and made everything happen that I asked. They even brought a red carpet for the birthday boy! Our driver Desmond was really nice and put up with all the noise and drama well(think 20 teenager with way too loud crappy music). Even went out of his way to find one of the guys a bathroom.
The one problem I did have is why do the drivers not have GPS? I had to run inside my house and print out driving directions even though they had the addresses ahead of time. Oh well didn't bother me much but I could see someone else getting pissed off.
I gotta say though next limo party I will definitely be using crown limo again! -

This review is long overdue. I purchased a Groupon Deal and was able to customize a package to serve my purpose. My BFF was getting married and I wanted to treat her to a surprise night on the town before the big day. From start to finish this was a great experience. The driver (Derrick) arrived early and was extremely nice and professional. He didn't give me any resistance when I asked him if we could make 2-additional stops before departing to our destination. He just smiled and said "No Problem". Derrick got us to the restaurant on time and was waiting to greet us all with a smile when we finally emerged (late) from the restaurant. Needless to say it was a WONDERFUL experience for the Bride-to-Be. I have a birthday coming up soon and just may need to treat myself for a change :)
I would recommend Crown Limousine to everyone to use for any reason.

I was really disappointed in this company. I used them twice--both last minute--first was night of and the next was night before.
Crown was great at scheduling last minute trips and being on time--but the drivers were not up to par. The first driver took me to a destination and I wasn't sure if I wanted to go in because the destination did not look very safe--so I said to just wait my friend was coming out --so instead of just waiting right there, he parks the car, turns it off, gets out, and goes into the liquor store and leaves me in the car. Second time I used Crown was a weekday and I was driven to a slew of appointments all around the city. The driver was awful. Just awful. And at the end of trip he practically tossed my out of the car--he wanted to get gone FAST and wasn't shy about it. I won't be using Crown again. -

We used Crown Limousine this past weekend to rent a van with driver for a family wedding. Scott, the driver, went out of his way to make this a seamless experience. He was great with my 92-year old grandmother, patiently helping her in the van and buckling her seatbelt for her, and also with us young'uns when we asked him to find a liquor store for us at midnight in downtown LA (even doing research while we were off partying). He was professional yet willing to go with the flow of an ever-changing list of instructions.
I can't recommend Crown Limos enough -- great service from the first call until the day of the event. From the first conversation, we had confidence that we would be taken care of -- the office staff was professional and responsive to every question and email. -

This is another luxury I wasn't planning on having for our wedding but thanks to the great deal we got..I am glad we did. The Limo was in great condition and clean. The driver was friendly and showed up early :). I would rent the limo again from Crown Limousine...I am even thinking of just renting it for a date night with my husband.

This is the ONLY limo company I will use from now on. Desmond was our driver, he was AWESOME. The 34 passenger limo was AWESOME. We had a great night, and didn't want to get off the limo to go into the bar. SO MUCH FUN!!!!! It was gorgeous, the ipod hook up was EASY to use, there was plenty of seating, tons of ice, lots of dancing. Fantastic!
btw - we were 25 people, and I think that was the right amount. Any more and it could have been hard to get our dance on. Maybe 30 but 34 would have been squishy. -

My wife is a movie studio exec. and I'm a writer/director. We use limos at least once a month and have tried Music Express, Avalon, CLS, BLS, and many others.
Last week we had a need for a 9 hour "as directed" ride and it was terrific. Our driver, JP, was prompt, courteous, and very easy to work with even though we kept changing where we were going and how many pax there would be.
Bottom line is that the limo looked great, JP was a great driver, and the cost was 25% to 40% less than other limo services we have used in the past.
Crown Limo rates an A+++ with us and we are hard to please. Just look at the other reviews and then make the best decision you'll ever make by booking Crown Limo.

But I had a telephone contact with this company .
And was amazed at the quality of customer service they had,
They were ready to bend backward and beyond to accommodate our need and request.( pick up us up from the office than go to LAX then go to our home)
Quoted price where in line with the Los Angeles area and ready to give a discount.
Will definitively use their service when my schedule is in tune.

I recently rented a stretch escalade for a bachelor party I was hosting for my best friend. I looked up reviews for Crown Limousine on Yelp and decided to go with them.
Overall it was a really good experience. The limo was clean, stocked with soft drinks, and showed up on time. We were upgraded to the 20 person limo since they had issues with size we original reserved (I believe it was 14 person?).
This isn't a knock on Crown Limo, but more of just general advice: Get the bigger limo! We only had 10 of us but a few of us are 6 feet+ and we were JUST comfortable in the "20" person limo. We had a few people knocking knees together but had enough room for each of us to be comfortable. While we could have probably squeezed in 15 or even 20 there definitely would have been a cramped or "extremely cozy" feeling. I guess that's ok if you're mixing sexes but for a group of guys.....get the bigger limo!
The only issue I had was with our driver's unfamiliarity with local strip clubs and streets. While I wouldn't expect the normal person to know these things, a driver who's taking around a bunch of guys for a bachelor party should know the ins and outs of all the local places. I had to provide exact addresses and names of the clubs so he could put them into the GPS. Our driver was definitely dependant on what the GPS told him. When it was all said and done though, he got us to our locations in a timely fashion and was always accessible and there to pick us up when ready to leave.
The next time I need a limo I'll have no problems calling up Crown Limousine! -

Did not think I would ever use a limp service since I live in LA. but had to call someone for out of town guests visiting LA for the first time.
Called Crown Limo after a good recommendation from close my close friend Dimitri. It was a great experience. My Guests were extremely happy with everything, the staff was courteous and prompt, handled all of our requests, were very patient with my guests considering all the schedule changes that they made.
Rates were very reasonable and worth the call. -

I did my Yelp research and then called and compared a few different limo companies. I was immediately impressed with Katt's professionalism and knowledge of the industry, and I soon learned from Katt that you only provide new car models and the "best of the best" drivers who were on schedule, friendly, and went out of their way to make our guests feel pampered. I was in LA with my wife for my 40th birthday. I was all set to book with another company when I decided to check reviews on Yelp. I changed my mind last minute to book with Crown Limousine based on the reviews, and I am so glad I did!
I booked with Khanittha, and she couldn't have been more helpful. Khanittha gave me 5 star treatment to rent a limo for the entire day. I had the limo for almost 14 hours. I requested a black limo, and was offered a black Chrysler 300 as an upgrade. My request was to have a tour of LA including Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Beaches, and then off to dinner later in the evening.
Our limo driver was named Chaz, and he was fantastic! He knew everywhere in LA to go including a lot of great history. We started out in Beverly Hills, went through the Pacific Palisades to Malibu, down to Santa Monica Pier, and to Venice Beach. We went around LA and on to Griffith Park observatory. The view was amazing! We went all through Hollywood, and end up on Rodeo Drive. It was like three Starline tours in one with the best tour guide in the city. We stopped at the hotel to change and then ended the evening out for dinner. We certainly arrived in style at one of the most prestigious restaurants in L.A.
Overall I had a 5 star VIP experience for my 40th birthday, and I owe it to Crown Limos. Fantastic job!Listed in: Los Angeles 2010

A tip of the tiara to you, Crown Limousine!
They are absolutely on time, the vehicles are always clean and gorgeous, the drivers are polite and professional, and their pricing is always competitive. I am a very thorough consumer when it comes to researching and finding the best balance between cost and quality.
I used them for my birthday last year (20 pax stretch Hummer) and I used them again this year (10 pax stretch Lincoln). As always, plenty of ice, glasses, and all the technological bells and whistles.

Found them on Yelp and agree completely with all of the high reviews. We used them for a Saturday night ride to Hollywood Bowl (drop off and pick up). Our driver (Darryl) was courteous, on time and very professional. The car was comfortable. He navigated the traffic like an LA pro! Prices are competitive.

Absolutely professional. Awesome! No problems whatsoever. A++ I needed a late night right home from the airport (1am.) and I didn't want to screw around with a taxi or those vans. So I called them- even if they're a little pricier- due to all these great yelp reviews. The driver met me, right on time, in baggage claim. He was very nice, chatty, pleasant and got me home quickly and made sure I was safe in my apartment before he departed. I'd reserved a sedan but was upgraded for free to an SUV. SUV was clean, beautiful!
I didn't notice, nor did I ask, but I think they have a fully stocked bar. Worth the price and will definately use Crown again. -

This was highly recommended on Yelp and I'm glad I used them. I needed a ride to the airport from BH and emailed Crown Limousine for a rate. They responded immediately and even followed up by phone call to reconfirm. I mentioned I found them on Yelp and they gave me the 10% discount. Towncar was immaculate and driver was courteous.
Service was friendly, punctual and professional. I was really impressed, I can't wait to use them again when I'm in LA. -

We needed a limo / sedan service co to take us from our wedding venue to the airport to start our honeymoon. I called Crown Limo and they were extremely friendly with competitive prices and my reservation was made within 10 minutes with a pick up time of 3:00pm.
Mark, our driver arrived early and called me to inform us that he was waiting in the valet area. We originally had asked for a sedan but he showed up with a brand new Chevy Tahoe Hybrid. He totally took care of us and didn't give us any flack when we asked him to see if we could stop at a bank 1st before heading out to LAX.
Our drive to LAX was smooth sailing and once we arrived Mark stepped out, opened my wifey's door, took out our luggage and happily sent us off. -

I used these guys a few years ago when I went to my high school prom. Outstanding service.
Our limo driver was the coolest guy ever.
To this day I remember what a fun night it was.
He took us to prom, then Denny's, then bowling in our dresses and tuxedos, and finally dropped us off one by one.

Returning from a 10 cruise to Alaska, my family of 7 arrived at LAX stressed and exhausted. Our driver Sean took control and made our transition home (with two elderly parents in tow) seamless. Polite, helpful, friendly and the best driver ever, Sean...you ROCK!!

First off I would like to recommend this company to anyone who needs transportation service. They were nice, friendly, prompt, professional, and most of all efficient. I would rate them A+++!!!
Usually, you expect the minimum since, it's their job and they probably don't want to be @ work anyways....HOWEVER, the person I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, and exceeded my expectations for customer service.
The chauffeur, Bernard, who picked up our Bachelorette party was 20 minutes early and called us to let us know that he was waiting outside. He greeted us professionally and had a cheery mood that made the experience more enjoyable (he smelled really good too!) Not to mention, when we got in the limo, the interior was clean (no tears or stains), and everything was in it's place. The drinks and liquor we requested were already in the limo along with glasses and plenty of ice, which made it convenient for all the girls to pregame before our wild night out! :) ASK FOR BERNARD.... you won't be disappointed.
Out of all the limo services I have used for business/outtings, I would say Crown Limo has had the best service, hands down. I will not be going to any other limo company. -

I used Crown to drive me home after having Lasik surgery... The driver was even kind enough to come "claim" me upstairs in the doctors office which I thought was a nice touch.
When we walked outside? The ride turned out to be an Hybrid SUV which I admit was pretty cool and there was even a bottle of water awaiting my arrival.
My driver and I chatted up a storm the entire ride home which turned out to be a very quick 30 minute ride! During lunch! In LA?!?! :O) Ha! Who knew??!?! So I was a little bummed that it was so fast and I had to pay for a 2 hour minimum (@ $60/hour, Crown IS competitively priced though) that I didn't need, but that--clearly--wasn't their fault and they've got to make a living too, right? :O)

Fan-FREAKIN-Tastic! Everything was great.
I try to pretend that I'm the type of person who regularly deals with luxuries such as limos and gift bags. Truthfully, I rarely have the opportunity for either (note to anyone listening who wants to change that).
Last weekend I flew out to LA for the Britney concert and I wanted to make a big evening of it. That's where Yelp came in handy and since Crown was the highest rated I gave them a call. I was surprised to receive a 10% Yelp discount and that's really all I needed to hear to book a Towncar.
Jamie, our driver, was prompt, courteous, and got us around the city with ease. He even put up with our frequent stops through West Hollywood.
