I adore this place. At one end it's cozy with some over sized chairs. The other is the standard table and chairs along with a counter along the window to sit at. There are some tables and a counter to sit at outside when the weather is nice.
I frequent a number of java stops, and this at the top of my list for flavor and service. Now that I don't live in the area anymore, I spoil myself with a Cafe Rosa every time I visit.
Now they have Free Wifi! I got a free drink this morning! Follow them on Twitter @crowfootcoffee and save cash, even free drinks!

This is a great locally owned coffee shop. Bagels, Burritos, Beans, and Bros. This place is great.… Read more »
I like this coffee shop - being new to town, and from Seattle, I'm always on the lookout for a good, friendly coffee shop. Crowfoot works well - I like their mochas. I haven't been in long enough to hop online and wait a while but I plan to do soon - great location right downtown Castle Rock so should be good for watching the world go by! Give 'em a try...
Jason and his crew have a passion for coffee and it shows. He's involved in the community and I enjoy supporting his business instead of the national chain.
Me? I'm a tea aficionado, but my Dad is firmly and stubbornly planted in the coffee camp. So it says a lot when he makes flimsy excuses for driving all the way out from South Denver to Castle Rock just for a cup of Crowfoot Valley's coffee. This last time we were getting a car repaired in Parker - this was apparently close enough to warrant the drive in nigh tropical heat to get a coffee fix. Last time it was right after a work out, me practically ill with exhaustion, driving from Greenwood Village for a cup of joe. So it must be good.
I've had the coffee, and as far as coffee goes, I like it. Sadly I can't personally tell what minute differences might exist between Crowfoot's coffee and, say, Starbucks.
There's something to be said for the interior though. Starbucks has a dark, often claustrophobic feel, but Crowfoot Coffee is an interesting blend of upbeat modernism and a homey feel. Hardwood floors with a generically chic feel. Though I could only see it from a distance, there also seems to be a pastry section, and a room to toss children in while you're hanging with your book club groupies.
If there's one complaint, it's that Wireless will set you back $1. Maybe I'm spoiled, but this seems a little archaic to me. Sure, deny non-paying customers the privilege, but everywhere else I've been the internet comes with the coffee. I just wanted to look cool with my iPhone, like all the other patrons, a veritable legion of Mac users.
But then again, a coffee house is for coffee, right?
Crowfoot. Here you have something actually pleasant about C-Town, I swear. The drinks are tasty and the only people you would like to mingle with in Castle Rock are probably here, or else they are out shoveling on the ranch. I like the enviro very much. It is...pleasant too. Comfy couches surrounding a...table. Magazines, newspapers, decorated to hell with snapshots of customers at various world locations with Crowfoot Vally Coffee cups. Also, my friend Audra used to work there, and I'm sure people still talk about her. She was like, the best Batista ever. Ever.
Fantastic coffee...maybe its because I am always here after catching a 6 AM flight from Cali...but this spot always picks me up. Nice bakery attached to the coffee house too!
