I just can't do movie theatres w/o stadium seating anymore.  Cross County Movie Theatre was da bomb back then but definitely needs a some up to date renovations.

    Pros:
Large parking lot, close to shopping center, ticket lines that go pretty fast, large selection of movie junk food, friendly workers

    Cons:
Non-stadium, uncomfortable small and non-recliniing seats, little leg room, long food lines, unkept restrooms,  too many teens and tweens hanging around

Still do-able theatre.  I just wouldn't suggest watching a movie over 2 hours here.

I go to this theater on my days off, before noon, so I don't get the same crazy experiences of the other reviewers. It's a smaller theater, but definitely worth your while if you can get in on an "off" day. I went there on a day when the "riff raff" were there and yeah, it was like a modern day, insane scene from "Grease". $6 tickets on Tuesdays (all day) is definitely a draw for me...early, though. Ya gotta go really early.

First off They play shi#y tasteless films. Second the folks whom attend this establishment are little hood rats that are looking at a life in some prison or penitentiary . NO i dont want to see your ass crack fellas... and ladies make your mother and fathers proud and have some sort off class. In short the place is for "kids", if your looking for a decent theater go over to Kraft Ave in Bronxville. Much better films much better crowd.

It's an adequate theater.  No stadium seating, but it's older.  They still carry a matinee price which is more then I can say for any place in Manhattan.  Saw True Grit, and enjoyed it.

I refuse to go there anymore. Too many trashy people from the Bronx and upper Manhattan have made the environment there pretty unpleasant. You can't even watch an R-rated movie after 10:00PM without being next to a couple of clueless welfare families with their screaming toddlers, who can't afford a babysitter and don't have the courtesy to rent a video and stay home. The security staff there are pretty useless, and they do absolutey nothing about such disruptive and rude patrons. The only up-side is that there's plenty of free parking.
