I have been there at least three times and Crosby Jewelers does a great job. They have very friendly staff and the prices are very reasonable.

Crosby is alright by me. I took two watches in to be repaired and they fixed both of them (one needed really craftsman-like repair on the band). Pricing was incredibly reasonable and the people who work there are very pleasant, helpful and un-pushy.
I ended up going back for an anniversary present and again received great service.
