Crosby is THE vegan and vegetarian caterer in Dallas, offering weekly delivery of meals for dining at home or carrying to work, as well as full customizable menus for special events. Organic ingredients are incorporated into recipes whenever possible (like smoothies with organic juice and soy milk, which keep well in a freezer). Crosby's organic, fair trade, shade-grown coffees (including decaf made using the Swiss water process) are locally micro-roasted within a few days of home delivery.
When I used to order a week's worth of food at a time, I felt pangs of guilt about the waste my individually-packaged meals created, but no more -- Dallas residents can recycle the plastic containers Crosby uses in the city-issued blue bins for curbside pickup. -

Too bad they don't have an actual store where you can walk in and buy.
