These are true French crepes served by true French people. How could you go wrong? Their menu has dozens of crepes both sweet and savory. I tried the apple, cinnamon and nutella crepe, which was positively extravagant...A fresh, spongy crepe, the tart sweetness of the apples mixing with the rich creaminess of the nutella. It's right next to Butter and close to the DNA Lounge, so it's ideal for a pre- or post-Bootie snack. It also occurs to me that a crepe is one of the few foods that can serve as any of the three main meals and also dessert.

The crepes are cooked out of a little truck, with a couple of crepe burners in the front of the window. Listen to the cooks chatting away in their mellifluous French as they prepare your crepe...They're probably saying, "Stupid drunk Americans". Love it!

My experience was laid out and described to me before arrival.

Crepes?  Never had one (I'm pretty basic, especially when it comes to breakfast).
Do they have sides? No.  Whaaa???  Only crepes? Whoa, weird.
Oh, and the food comes out of a truck.   HUH??
Is there seating?  They have seats outside of the truck where you can sit.

Insert one of favorite phrases here:  This outta be good.

Umm, I will say, I was not lead astray. Crepes a Go Go was just as described. Only difference was, I was actually a satisfied customer!

At about $9 a pop, I was very intrigued by this crepe that was 1. not eaten on a plate w/ a knife and fork and 2. able to be eaten as advertised "on the go" and 3. steamy and delicious!

Nothing beats those first couple bites w/ the near-burned cheese.

To top it alll off, I ate here stone sober.  :-)

"Before I drink anything else, I need to eat."

Feeling weird after only two Jameson and gingers, I knew something was wrong. Our options were to either hit up DC and eat amongst degenerate gamblers at Lucky Chances or delve deep in the Mission for some pupusas. Les suggested we go around the corner for crepes.

"Crepes? Where??"

It sounded like a good idea. We walked past what used to be Loft 11 and a sandwich spot before pulling up to something very similar to a taco truck...except they were serving crepes. Genius!

I got the smoked turkey and cheese (monterey jack). The crepe was soft and fluffy, almost pancake-like, with its meat and dairy ingredients folded into a handheld triangular contraption. In short, it satisfied my craving for a quick and dirty bite - refueling if you will - before we hit up the next spot to drown our sorrows away in that honey-colored death water.

The one drawback is you'll need plenty of (hot) sauce. While they offer about 20 different kinds, you might as well keep a mini bottle of Tapatio in your pocket if you plan on walking and eating. Otherwise, your first few bites will be doused w/ sauce and the rest will be dry and bland near the end.

Crepes. Out of a taco truck. Genius.

These are flavor explosion pockets! They are hefty, and delivered fresh and hot into the waiting and hongrey hands of the citizens & visitors of 11th street, across from Slim's nightclub. The first time i went, I ordered before I had the chance to peruse the menu properly. I opted for the safe and sane turkey and cheese. After being spiced up a bit by the diverse selection of hot sauces available, I devoured as each bite got hotter, and hotter, and...well, you get the idea. I also went for a sweet crepe of nutella and strawberry. Let's just say,  I didn't need a second one, but it was too damn good! the mood for alfresco dining is set perfectly to the sounds of KOIT love songs after dark. nothing goes better with a crepe than richard marx.....wherever you go, whatever you do those crepes will be right there waiting for you.

My friendly neighborhood crepe truck! What? Your 'hood doesn't have one? You should work on that...

Drunk/Sober/2am/7pm if you're craving something savory I recommend the spinach, turkey and cheese... for the sweet, my stand by is the nutella and strawberries. Yum!

The characters you meet in line can certainly add charm to the experience, and they recently upgraded from nasty upholstered Good Will furniture to wooden patio Good Will chairs. Much more sanitary if you're too drunk to stand as you inhale your crepe, but less conducive to awkward drunken PDA. Win-Win!

In conclusion, I heart you Crepes A Go Go... because sometimes, you just need it.

I love this truck! I'll follow it if they ever move it. Great crepes especially on late nights/early mornings. Try the Smoked Turkey & Cheese, or the Applesauce & Cranberry for your sweet toothe. Don't be fooled by the appearance, Crepes A Go Go has a perfect 100 score with the SF Health Department.

Came to get crepes last night after a night out dancing- this place never disappoints. Mind you, we never come to this place sober, but it's pretty cheap, fast, and tasty.

We had the spinach, mushroom & cheese crepe (so good!) and also tried the lemon crepe (surprisingly good!)

Brownie points for one of the guys that works there- he was cracking jokes and being funny; definitely makes waiting in line a lot more tolerable :)

I tried a crepe sober this weekend!  I can confirm they are still tasty. Highly recommend the spinach, onion, feta and sun dried tomato. Yum.

One disappointment--they charged more than the menu listed.  Not cool--and I refuse to haggle with someone who can spit in my food.

Yeah, 90% or more of your patrons are drunk.  But don't overcharge them.

Heck what else do you want out of a chip wagon?

At 2am when you are the sober driver, you deserve a treat, and this is it. Or if you are the drunk one, you want a treat.

A freakin' hot mess of warm crepe, stuffed with nutella, whip cream, and strawberries.

YUMMMY.  Worth the calories.  And apparently, if you smile cutely you can skip the line.

Unbelievably fantabulous! The nuetella, bananas and strawberries crepe is beyond a little piece of heaven. After you get your groove on at the club or have the late-night munchies (from whatever it is you indulge in) then you need to go here.

If you just ignore the people hanging out around the area, its a perfect location. Go there. You won't be disappointed. Each crepe is orgasmic.

These crepes are wonderful - savory and sweet, equally wonderful. Sure, I've never had them while I was of sober mind and body but still... still wonderful.

Standing in that drunken line is pretty hilarious too. You get all that entertainment for the price of a crepe! Great deal, no?

MMMM!!!! My favorite late night snack!  It's either this or jack itb tacos ...but these crepes are a million times better!  The guys in the truck are always so nice and funny!  I only get the house special, but I'm sure everything else is just as good.  There have been times when I've missed out on opportunities to eat here and I completely regret it ...so make sure you make it to the crepes!!

The seating area in the corner is kinda sketchy to me....I don't like the couches, so I'll stand and eat.  Cheap, delish, and well worth it.  Enjoy!

It's 3 in the morning, and I just came back from the crepe truck after a night of moderated drinking.

The owner was extremely personable and gregarious.  He was friendly to all of his customers (gave me a 25c discount because I didn't have change), and put in some extra effort to entertain the females (especially the attractive ones).

I ordered a house special, which consists of smoked turkey, egg and cheese, and it was exactly what you would expect it to be.  It was excellent for what it was, but I didn't sense anything special.  It's a decent spot for a 2 AM snack, but I would probably not take a cab down from Nob Hill just to get a crepe during the day.

Friendly staff. Many of my friends love coming here late night. Though I don't have a place to compare this to, cause i'm not a huge fan of crepes. They have improved the place recently by adding a hot sauce stand and music area with more chairs. Oh did i mention I love hot sauce? You can load up a crepe and it can be over $9 for one if you pile it up right.

If you come here late night, on the weekends you will see a bunch of drunk clubbers there trying to sober up. Once in a while you might have a good conversation with someone there. I once met a guy from Canada that said that every time he came into SF he would get crepes from this stand. He said they had nothing like that in Canada.

It's 2am in San Francisco - you're sick of the crappy pizza around, you don't want to be robbed by going to Won Mee because it's too expensive for the mediocre Korean food, so where do you go?! CREPES A GO GO.

They bang out your crepes quick, the crepe is crispy, the filling is generous and you'll have satisfied your munchies ASAP. We came out to this truck Saturday night after trolling around Union Square and this place was busy - good busy. You can't go wrong with the House Special (egg, cheese, turkey, and spinach I think?) - but add 2 more toppings and you're at $8.00+ for a crepe.

On most nights, I'd probably pick this over pizza as a late nite snack.

This place is great late-night or when I'm driving through the area. I like these crepes because they aren't as greasy as squat and gobble, crepevine, etc. The crepe itself is light. I order the avocado, tomato, and cheddar cheese crepe (and i add mushrooms and sriracha hot sauce) it is amazing! It is so delicious and the perfect way to avoid a hangover after being at DNA lounge and hopping across the street. The nutella and strawberry crepe my friend had also looked DELICIOUS! I'll be coming back for more...

Great for quick, made to order fresh food on the go.  Take it out on the street wrapped so you can easily carry it as you walk.  Never been dissapointed as you can easily choose your own fillings - savory or sweet - whatever you like.  With several locations they are convenient and many you can eat in if you'd like.

Get a crepe after Holy Cow; your drunk friends will thank you after you discover your crepe has mysteriously disappeared because you let your drunk friend hold it while you drive them to Nations...

Three words. One conjunction. Banana and Nutella Crepe. Not too soggy, not too crispy, just right and just sweet.

We arrived shortly after 1:30AM and I, almost, cried. Why? Because after my friend ordered a crepe, they turned off the "OPEN" sign, right before I walked up to the window. Thankfully they were just kidding. But I think they saw that little sparkle in my eye and realized that, maybe, they really did hurt my feelings. So, they were really nice for hooking me up with whipped cream and a bottle of water. Whoo hoo! Love you, Crepes A Go Go!

One of my vivid memories of this place is how the "Speciale Maison" crackled in its wrapper as it was handed to me; the steam from its hot contents wafted into the early morning air. It was cold and we had come over here from a club nearby (EndUp? DNA?). The warm crepe goodness surrounded by a slightly crispy exterior hit the spot. I usually get mine with Feta.

This place is always worth the stop if you are in the area and happen to have the munchies.

So my friends and I were standing in line waiting to get into Mist when I suddenly got REALLY hungry. As I thought about the potential alcohol consumption that was about to go down, I started worrying about how my stomach might react, you know, being empty and all. Fortunately, I smelled a hint of something sugary and buttery in the air. I looked down the street and to my delight, saw a crepe truck! (What a genius idea!)

One of the friends I was with had been to Crepes A Go Go before and recommended their savory crepes. So I hurry over and order a cheese and egg crepe, hoping that service is quick so I can make it back before the line hits the door. The chef has a pile of pre-made crepes ready to be filled with fresh ingredients. I was very excited to see him put a ton of cheese and crack an egg directly onto the egg--I knew it would be delicious. And it was! So delicious, in fact, that we went back after we got out of the club and ordered sweet (chocolate and strawberry) and savory (smoked turkey, cheese, egg) crepes. I love how efficient they are and how fresh and clean everything is--definitely a treat whether you're intoxicated or not.

Oh. My. God.

This place is a-maz-ing! And who'd ever think that some little cart in a parking lot could be this good? If it was closer or more convenient, I'd come here all the time, not just after a night of... um... libations.

Even when I haven't been indulging in cocktails, the crepes are always great. They're that perfect combination of crispy and soft and always stuffed with tasty yummyness.

And the prices? Are you kidding me? If you make it over here, at these prices, get one sweet and one savory and pat your happy belly when you're done! Hell, order a couple and take them home for the next day!

The best crepe recipe - fluffy and delish!
The best customer service - funny, fast, and friendly!
The best fourth meal option - 100x healthier than pepperoni pizza or bacon wrapped hot dogs at 2AM.

Can I start by saying, "What a perfect way to end a night of partying." My girlfriends and I stopped by after a night out at Vessel. She had mentioned to me that there was an awesome crepe place that we needed to try. I am a crepe fanatic and was skeptical because nothing has come close to the ones made in Paris for my taste buds especially coming out of a truck. : ) We arrived a little after 2am and the line was long. However, we did not wait too long it went by so fast and the food came out almost instantly.

My girlfriend and I shared a nutella and strawberry (with whipped cream) and shaved almonds which was totally yummy and the spinach, cheese, egg and ham that was amazing!!!

I am not from San Francisco and what a treat to have something like this after hours other than pizza or Mexican food. I'm from San Diego and we do not have anything like this. I was bummed to find out that it was only open in the evenings. I was hoping to purchase a few orders to go before I hopped on the plane back to San Diego... Overall it was a wonderful experience!!!

I go to San Francisco about every three months or so and I will drop by Crepes A Go Go whenever I get done with a night outing at a bar or a club.

I'm not much a person to overeat, but I can't help myself whenever I go to this place. I always order a house special (Turkey, Eggs, Cheese) and I usually end up ordering another dessert crepe or an additional house special. The crepes just melt in your mouth and the taste is uncontested. The guys who serve you have a thick french accent and are extremely friendly.

I find this place to be a hot spot for many people who frequent the Bay Area. They serve their food from a little trailer with windows and there's a covered area with a few chairs and tables in case it rains or whatnot. This is the one place I have recommended to every single person who goes to the Bay Area and so far there has been a 100% satisfaction ratio. I can pretty much guarantee that you'll love this place.

Everyone should experience the wonderful food this place serves. Whether you're sober or piss drunk, their crepes will definitely hit the spot.

Yes, yes, yes.

If you have the will and strength to resist this at 1:45am, my hat goes off to you.

Me on the other hand well, I have no shame. Strawberries, nutella and whipped cream, or GTFO! Or maybe cheese, spinach and mushroom if I'm in the mood for something salée.

I will tell you this though, Crepes A Go Go will leave you feeling a little better than a bacon wrapped hot dog. So choose wisely!

Additionally, I appreciate that a French person actually works here.

oh crepes a go go... how i do love our late night rendezvous after drunken evenings at slim's or paradise lounge. the last time we met, i had stumbled over from the 4th of july leisure party with some friends to sober up before driving home. we ordered delicious sweet and savory crepes with billowing, seductive aromas that could be smelled a block away. and you teased us all by giving us a hard time getting a hold of our coveted crepes--so silly you are!

okay, i can't keep this silly banter up any further. what i can do is vouch for the deliciousness of these crepes after a nice night out. the crepes might be pre-made but the mix of fillings are so good. my favorites are the turkey/cheese/spinach/sun-dried tomatoes... forgot what the name was but it's excellent!

I'm sorry, but if I wasn't completely !@#$ faced, I would never come here. As far as drunk food is concerned, it's very hard to go wrong with meat, melted cheese, and a pancake. Actually, if there is melted cheese it's pretty much going to be awesome. But let's be real, the crepes here aren't really even that great! They only have turkey! What no ham?! How can you have a creperie without any ham? And yes, I know that's because of religious reasons, but still...no ham and cheese crepe? That's rough.

I also lived in Paris, so I'm kind of a snob about crepes.

The great part about this place is that it's open until like 4 or 5 am, far later than any other drunk eateries. Chances are if you're hitting this place up around that time, you're going to love it. The bad news is that it's way over in no-mans-land SOMA and you probably had to drive to get there. Meaning you are driving totally wasted, or you have a really nice DD.

Honestly, it can't hold a candle to being drunk and getting Taqueria Cancun. Thank god I live in the Mission.

After Lone Star's beer bust, my friends and I were leaving the crappy pizza place on 11th and I immediately made a bee line for this place as soon as someone pointed out that it was open. We were basically the first ones there so I got my food super fast, although sitting and watching subsequent customers' orders leads me to believe that they're just super fast generally. They didn't have strawberries, so I had a kiwi crepe. Actually, they told me to choose more stuff to put in it because I guess the kiwi slices were small or something. So it ended up being a kiwi, pineapple and coconut crepe with whipped creme for the same price. I just wish they had ice cream, it would have been perfect.

I originally gave them 4 stars, but I added one just because last night a man dressed like Flava Flav (clock and all) purchased an egg salad sandwich and then did an egg salad victory dance upon receiving said sandwich.

Come here to eat crepe after a night of getting drunk. Not worth the trip if you're not already in the area, because parking will suck at the time. Didn't really have a great experience the first time I went there because there are always hella people there and it takes forever to get your crepe. Apparently people that ordered way after I did was getting theirs first. So what I had to do was take someone else's who ordered the same thing (but with mushrooms also) and ran with it. That means they forgot my order. Not very helpful.

They do take hella long though, but if you're drunk, you're not going to notice too much. I probably wouldn't eat here if I wasn't drunk though. Crepes are good though but then again I was drunk. Everything's better when drunk.

AWESOME and TASTY late night bites for those going home from the bars.

This truck reminds me of the kebab and crepe trucks in Paris that serve all sorts of good stuff at the late night hours, when people are waiting for the metro to open in the 5:30 am in the morning and still want to hang out and chat, flirt, etc.

Try the special, or anything with eggs in it.  If you're in doubt, just pick something.  I'm sure it will be good.

The crepes are also just as good when it's busy as when it's not-so-busy.  Consistent quality makes me happy.

Just ask Florent to work his magic and you'll be satisfied with a tasty treat.

Make sure you tip these hard-working cooks generously.  There is a tip jar.  I'm sure they accept $20s and $100-bills  if you're feeling really generous.

This place should stay open forever.  I love crepes, especially good ones like the crepes at Crepes A Go Go :)

"Merci beaucoup et bon week-end!!"

So, after a fun filled night of chowing down, being frightened, and exposed to some of SF finest, we decided we needed something sweet to make the night complete.  We tried to go to Hot Cookie in the Castro but must have just missed them as it was now after 1am.  So my friend tells me about a place down by the clubs where you can get all sorts of crepes!  Are you kidding?  I was just thinking about crepes earlier.

So we drive up and I was amazed by a crepe taco truck surrounded by tons of club goers!  SCORE!  The single mom is a partyin' tonight!

We get in the very Seinfeld Soup Kitchen line, place our orders and fall the fuck back to a covered patio with Cmas lights as it is raining some cats and dawgs--WOOF WOOF WOOF!  Waiting with us was some hoogies, dorks, gays,  and much more.  How  freaking AWESOME is this!

Okay, I dont get out much.  Sue me! :)

Finally, we get our crepes.  Mine: Nutella and Strawberry.  Hers: Cheese, Spinach and Tomato.  Mine was delish but hers was OMG great.  Remember, Im a lame with new places under pressure so I just went for what I knew!

I had a great time!  Friday the 13th, carried into Valentines with one of my dearest friends in the world.  Who could ask for more!
