This tiny place really serves great crepes. The savoury vegetarian crepe was superb .. very flavorful. My daughter had the nutella & banana crepe which was good too.
Will definitely come back if I'm in that area.

This place is decent for crepes...especially when you're strolling around Los Altos.

$10.00 is all I paid for a strawberry crepe with whipped cream and an arnold palmer.  Don't ask me why I ordered an Arnold Palmer as I've never done so in the past, ever..anywhere as a matter of fact...but today, I was feeling bold!

I did not eat my crepe there but took it home instead.  It did satisfy my craving and I promised myself I'd go back again and try one of the "savory" crepes.  Maybe the ham and cheese....that one sounds yummy!!

There was no wait when I got there but after I ordered, the line was 7 people deep!  Waited a lil for my crepe but didnt' mind as there were empty tables everywhere.  Parking was a little bit of a hassle but lots of lots available so don't get frustrated.

Go for the crepes but get the coffee next door. They really focus on one thing, but they do that one thing very well! The crepes were thin and tasty, pretty much all you'd expect a french-style crepe to be. If you've ever gotten a crepe on the boulevards of Paris--this one comes pretty close to it. It didn't blow my mind away or anything, but it's definitely a french-style crepe that's very well made.

We went today, Easter Sunday, yey, just about 5 other patrons around, no line, crepes arrived within 3 minutes of ordering, and we sat at one of the two outdoor bistro-style tables. Lovely! However, I was told that the line was usually pretty long during "lunch-time" (11:30-2) on weekends (20-25 min. wait according to the staff), and that the chance of scoring a table during that time was pretty slim. Never mind, we'll just get take-out and eat at one of the benches along Main St., and will come equipped with a latte from next doors for the wait. That's the plan!

Update: Went there again on two consecutive Sundays. No line, always able to get an outdoor table (at around 1pm).

Tee Hee...I wanted some nutella...AGAIN...
So I walked past Satura Cakes and headed to this crepe place. I had my eyes on it for a while...since I always walk by.

I ordered the banana and nutella crepe-$6.50.
It was not ooozing with nutella, and it was crispy. I like and prefer crispy.
It was okay...
Maybe I would have liked it more, if the service would have been better?  Here I come bouncy as ever with my haircut.  Smiles all around, and the not-so-happy guy behind the counter must have been having a bad day.  No hello, no thank you...no nothing.
So no tip.

Very small but nice place to get a yummy crepe. They have many choices which include both dessert type crepes and dinner/lunch crepes. They are somewhat slow in there especially with only one person making crepes and only two crepe making machines.

I had the  savory vegetarian, with artichokes, spinach, feta & sun-dried tomatoes. I really enjoyed it since it was hot and delish!

The only thing I have a problem with is the price. I think this place is pretty pricey for what you are getting.

I first heard of this place at the Los Altos Farmer's Market last summer. The Crepes were great then!

This time, I finally decided to check out the store. There was only ONE person working there. There was a group of three in front of me, so it took me forever to get my food. He couldn't start my food until my food was done. While he was making their food, a line was forming. He attended to the new people before he started to make my food.

There are only two crepe making machines. So even if things get busy, he can still only work on two crepes at a time. I can't imagine how they manage weekday lunch!

To say something nice.. they have a good Diet soda collection! (diet coke, diet a&w, diet 7up, diet pepsi).

I ordered my meal to go, which meant I got a plate with a piece of aluminum foil (a la Costco Pizza).

I'm not sure how faster they could have been if they had two people working here.

Yes, the food is overpriced for what you get.

i heart crepes. this review is for their sweet crepe. they get extra points for being one of the few crepes places semi-close to me.

been here once before for a savory crepe, wasn't too memorable. went here tonight again for a sweet crepe with nutella strawberries. a tad pricy, almost $7 for a crepe. but generous portions of nutella and sweet strawberries. the crepe was chewy and doughy. much better than qq cup crepes. the man was nice enough to split one in half on separate plates for my girlfriend and me (which ended up being the perfect portion- enough to feel satisfied but not so much you feel like a glutton). yum. i want another right now!

While out wandering around downtown los altos, my stomache (which sometimes is the leader of my body) wanted something to eat. Look at here, crepe!!! I am a sucka for crepes so i had to scamper across the street causing cars to wonder what the f.... is this guy doing!
I myself had the rocket, which was a crepe filled with jack cheese, turkey, dijon mustard, mushroom, and dam i can't remeber what else been too long. And on a bed of baby argula with a vinegrette. Dissapointing the vinegrette was out of a bottle not made in house.
Overall i did enjoy it, i was stealing bites of everyone else's plates. A nicely contained crepe shell held my warm melted cheeze covering the filling inside as ate my food.
It's hard to say if it was that good because i was hungry, the people i was with and enjoyed the whole experience, or argula which i love. But what i do know is i liked the place and i will be coming back again.

I have always had just the best experience here: really good fresh food, great place for crepe lovers.  They offer many fillings and topping to choose from, plus sandwiches, salads and drinks, including freshly roasted coffee.  Maybe their pricing is higher, but I am sure so is their rent, so I'll gladly pay an extra dollar for the convenience of being able to walk and eat fresh!

Very small and quaint crepe place. There something about it that makes me feel really cozy. I had savory crepe and a sweet crepe - both were equally tasty. Didn't know this but all crepes come fully customizable, so take advantage of it. Good luck finding a seat, there aren't many to choose from. Don't expect leaving here feeling completely stuffed, its crepes, not a burrito.

Charming.
It was quaint, but sparsely decorated.  It was hot, but not unbearably so.  The seating was miniscule and not very comfortable.

I loved the crepe, it was perfectly sweet.  I loved the filling, it was the savory vegetarian, with artichokes, spinach, feta & sundried tomatoes.  I'm not sure they exactly went together.

The couple who runs the place was nice, but matter of fact in a foreign sort of way.

I don't know if the 4 stars will stick long after I try it again, but I do think I will try it again.  $8 for the crepe was steep, but she didn't charge me for the bottled water, which was nice.  It's hard to find lunch, other than a slice of pizza, for under $8 in downtown Los Altos.

The place had a local, unpretentious charm that is sometimes missing downtown.  I liked it.  I enjoyed being in the space, even though it was warm and small and not the most comfortable of seating.  The place seems to have a soul.  Perhaps it was because I was reading "Leaving Church," by Barbara Brown Taylor.  Maybe that's where the soul came in, but I left the place feeling a solid 4 stars.

Stay tuned for updates, though.  Maybe I'll go back with a depressing book and see if my opinion changes... :)

Good selection between savory and sweet crepes. I ordered "the works" which is ham, egg, cheese, artichoke hearts, and sun-dried tomatoes. Couldn't taste the egg, but I'll trust it was there. The actual crepe recipe (not the insides) is really good...tastey. Inside was really good as well, but too be expected with what was included.

Nothing is served on the side, and it was $8+. Priciest one on the menu, but it was "the works". It did fill me up though, and that's hard to say for a crepe. Would have been happier with a $6 price (especially due to the paper plate/plastic utensils).

Friendly service. Hardly any tables to sit at. Served on a paper plate with plastic utensils. Hmm? And they have a frequent buyer card. That's definitely a plus!

I love crepes.  I probably had a lot of them but i havent had a authentic crepes in France... but hopefully someday i will...

anyway. ineeded a pick me up the other day so i decided to try a crepe.
the special looked good... mixed berries crepe but then again ..not for $8.

so i tried a strawberry and whipped cream crepe.  $5, i guess.

the crepe itself wasnt bad.. the crepe was crispy... i dont mind crispy.

the strawberries sucked that day.  they gave me a lot strawberries but some of them had gone over ripe or mush.. too bad.

i shoulda known.. i used to work at a crepe place years ago... the boss hated it whenever i threw away the "bad" strawberries.  the owner hated to waste money.. so i had to use the "ugly" strawberries..
the best bet is usually banana and nutella... but i get sooo tired of that shit.. banana nutella.

i didnt have a bad experience overall.  just cover the ugly berries with whip cream. all better. leave me alone.. ill eat it if its covered in cream.

i would have been happier with just a plain crepe dusted with powdered sugar.

i might come back when i feell like it.

I went here for lunch yesterday with a coworker and was amazed how good it was.  I wasn't expecting a crepe place for lunch would be fulfilling or good, but of course, I was wrong.  It's a tiny place with few areas for dine-in.  They have outdoor patio type furniture.

Their menu is pretty straightforward, which I liked.  My eye caught on their savory crepes and panini menu.  Most items with meat in it whether crepe or panini was about $8.  We decided to share "The Works" crepe, which was ham, egg, cheese, artichoke hearts, and sun-dried tomatoes and the chicken panini, which had swiss cheese, pesto sauce, tomatoes, and chicken.  It came with a mixed green salad.  I've never really eaten a crepe that's not sweet so when I tasted "The Works," I was amazed at how good it was.  It almost tasted like pizza!  It was really greasy though, which looked like oil from the sun-dried tomatoes.   A touch of Tobasco made it taste even better!  It's a pretty big portion for one person.  At first, I thought it was kind of pricey especially when it's served on a paper plate with plastic utensils, but at least it tasted good.  I don't mind going back, but next time, I'll split the crepe and go down to Satura Cakes for dessert.  OOhhhh yummy!

Not much selection on the Main St. drag to catch a quick and semi-healthy bite to eat.

Doggie bags come in the form of foil sheets & incorporate frequent buyer cards.

My new go-to place for a midafternoon snack.

The food is good but doesn't blow me away.... they have sweet and savory crepes along with some Paninis.  However, it's ridiculously overpriced and the seating is almost non-existent.  Just because they are located in downtown Los Altos, doesn't mean they need to jack up their prices and rip off local students and customers.  Compared to other crepe places in the bay, you are paying at least double what you would pay elsewhere for the same food.

Nice Crepe.  I had a Chicken with Spinach and cheese.  I replaced the sun dried tomatoes with artichoke hearts.  No problem.
