Imagine Sephora ahhh nice
Now Imagine that you stepped into the first Sephora ever, meaning small, intimate, with amazing customer service and an almost superhuman attention to detail....NICE
Ok so now take that idea and set it in the middle of South Miami and you have CREAM.
Cream is a beauty shop that carries some makeup and skincare lines we all know and love like Bliss, Kiehls, and NARS but also carries some wonderful boutique and international brands.
The decor is detailed and cute and they have the greatest window display in the neighborhood and arguably one of the best in Miami.
However, aside from constantly offering hard to find and exclusive products Cream also offers services such as makeup application, eyebrow shaping, lash application, and facials. Most of their staff members are trained aestheticians.
And the best part of it all is the customer service. Cream's team (pardon the rhyme, it happens sometimes) caters to their clientele so if you're running late call and they will wait for you. While I was in there regular customers were greeted by first name and shown their usual picks. I was also told by one of the Cream regulars that Cream will deliver if necessary. What?! Deliver beauty products in case of emergency.... ahhhhh isn't that the stuff legends are made of.
And as for parking this is South Miami, so there is valet service on every block of Sunset between US 1 and Red Road. However, there is a new parking garage around the corner, and if you're willing to wait a few minutes there is metered street parking.

Cream is an interesting beauty boutique across from Sunset Place that caters to well-groomed women and men - its located in a tidy chic store with wide glass windows that let you peer inside to look at the cosmetic cornucopia of delights. This place is definitely upscale.
I felt like Tiny Tim peering in on a Christmas feast, able to smell, touch, and try products but unable to buy...so tempting.
I found alot of scented candles by Diptyque, Kiehl's products , Nars cosmetics, Bliss, etc. etc.
This place definitely fills a niche for folks who can't, for whatever reason, make it out to a Sephora or are just picky.
