When I first moved to DC, my car apparently went into total toxic shock. All it wanted was to be back in California. (Or at least, far away from DC!)
I had SOOOOOO many problems in my first few weeks in DC. Moving all the way across the country, knowing no one, it was only the AAA listing that brought me to Craven.
After that first trip, I was a regular. (I said my car had issues!) Craven was always great. A couple problems were VERY simple to fix (like Jiffy Lube not putting my oil pan back on properly) or (I'm a dumb-blonde-and my-floor-mat-stuck-under-the-clutch- so-the-car-wouldn't-start) and for those things the price was either free or really, really low.
.
I felt totally comfortable at Craven. AAA approved, constantly shuttling me (without complaint or undue wait) back and forth from apartment to mechanic to Metro stop).
.
If I were still there -- I'd bring my needy little car straight to them.
