Honest and truthful, while shopping around for new tires, they were the only one to actually measure and tell me how much tire tread was left.  Several other places, namely Just Tires in Vienna, had the audacity to tell me that I wouldn't pass inspection, when I knew I had more than 2/32 left.  Fast and courteous staff, I'd definitely keep coming back for service and recommend them.  They are a local chain the the DC Metro area.

I visited Craven for a routine maintenance, and they were quite helpful in telling me what needs to be done, and showing me why (fluid samples).  Definitely a plus.

Craven's price matching is quite easy to work with.  I simply told them the price I was quoted for at Radial Tires in Silver Spring, and they not only matched, but beat their price.  Far more than I expected.  I know they are fast and reliable, so on a whim I choose to go with them.
