We were having issues with our AC and need a new unit fast. CCS is getting our new system installed in only a few days from when the issue was diagnosed. Ginger worked her magic and got us on the schedule quickly and we will be cool again this weekend. Thank you CCS as always for your quick service and always coming through for us. Cranbury Comfort has been our go to since I owned my first home in East Windsor almost 30 years ago and over the years you have never failed to come through and keep us up and running. I truly appreciate you!

I have purchased two hvac systems for different houses from them in the past . Was very satisfied with them in the past. Not the same company now. Service tech was not familiar with Carrier and I had asked when I called if they handled them. He could not get through to tech service at Carrier. He found the problem , relatively minor and simple to repair. I was then overcharged for this repair. I will not use them again and would not recommend them for repairs.

I am sorry to hear that were unhappy with the service provided back in July. CCS does work on all makes of equipment however, some systems, such as yours, are more complicated (your system is communicating). When troubleshooting a communicating system, it is best practice to contact technical support to verify the diagnostic (just trying to be thorough). It was not our fault that Carrier technical support was not available during this heat wave (in the 90's). As far as our pricing is concerned, we are extremely competitive (call around). We charged our standard diagnostic fee of $99 + tax to come out and diagnose what the problem is. It is our standard practice always to quote before any work is done (which we did and you approved). The repair was only $244.17, including sales tax. Please keep in mind this repair is warrantied for one year of parts and labor. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions or concerns.

Cranbury Comfort is great! We have them service our Trane heat pumps and their technicians are very professional, through, and competent. Plus, when we had an unusual problem with a clogged dryer vent they came out on a Saturday and fixed it! A very get-it-done attitude.

Cranbury Comfort was extremely helpful and accessible during our HVAC replacement.
Another local company had checked out our furnace, red tagged it, and left us in the cold unless we put 40% down on a new furnace. Cranbury offered to come out for a second opinion and, after testing, found that our furnace was not in danger but did in fact need to be replaced soon.
Bingo. Trust earned.
Their prices were on par with other companies we looked at but their accessibility was unparalleled. Ginger picked up the phone after three rings without fail, and our installation and technician team were punctual and equally helpful. Sean in particular was a great help. There was even the need to install a pump for condensation that they didn't catch when they gave us our estimate, so they installed free for us.

I was a bit in a panic today when I woke up to frigid temps and found out my heat wouldn't turn on. After a couple of calls to other companies that couldn't come out in an emergency, I came across Cranbury Comfort Systems, and I am so glad I did. Sean came out right away, and was able to get it working again. My system is incredibly old and needs to be replaced and Sean explained my options and didn't push a thing. I definitely need to replace my entire system in the spring. I was concerned about who to trust to do the work but that fear is now laid to rest. These guys are professional, honest and have earned a loyal customer!

I had heard good reports about Cranbury Comfort for years.
When it can time to upgrade my two zone central air system in May 2013....I choose Cranbury Comfort and had them install two high efficiency Trane heat pumps. They also replaced and re-insulated my attic duct work.
The cooling comfort was immediately noticeable as well as the reduction in my utility costs.
The work was scheduled and completed in two days. Their personnel are courteous and professional.
I highly recommend them!

We first hired Cranbury Comfort over two decades ago because of their excellent local reputation. They replaced our heating and air conditioning units then, have done maintenance and upgrade work, and recently replaced both heating and air conditioning again with efficient Trane units, You have the feeling that they treat you the way they would their own family. They sold us an appropriately sized unit, told us what our options were, and didn't push upgrades. Work was done on time, well, and cleanly. They noticed and plugged a gap around the exit pipes (created when a different contractor did the siding). They gave us priority when our air conditioning failed in hot weather (over upgrades to working systems, with the consent of previously scheduled customers). When we had interior renovations by a contractor who is very selective about who he works with, he also used Cranbury Comfort to add duct work. An unqualified recommendation.
