Today will be my day to review dentistry and other related topics.  First on the list wil be Dr. Alpha and his stellar team of oral surgery.  Mainly because we recently returned from there, where the youngest kid had his wisdom teeth taken out.

We had an initial appointment last month where they showed the kid and I a video describing--in gory detail--what his procedure would be like.  And what gross things could happen.   They answered all of our questions, medical and financial, and I left feeling like my kid would be ok in their hands.

Z got Halcion this morning before we went in (lucky kid) for nerves, the procedure was done in a quick hour, and everyone was great.  We were even escorted out to the car and he was buckled in and everything.  Now the kid is resting peacefully and will be riding the high of Vicodin and Percocet and drinking milkshakes while his mother waits on him hand and foot for the next 2 days.  

Lucky kid.

**Update...later in the day**
The doctor just CALLED OUR HOUSE to see if Z was ok and if we had any further questions.  This dude gets an A++.
