FIRST and FOREMOST...They were SO NICE!! I called to inquire about my Motorola razor, and how the knob that keeps the hinge in place is broken and gone.. They asked me if the phone works and it works perfectly.. so the guy said to just bring it in and he'll give me the little knob for free..
When I came in, they even took out the broken plastic still stuck inside, and placed the knob in for me..all free of charge.. this was such a nice deed, which will not go un-noticed.. IF you all Have a cellphone problem come to these cute boys for your cellphone services.
There is a sign that says all service repair has a surcharge of 35.00  but I am thinking it depends on the extent of the problem.
There was some waiting, since it looks like a small business of like 2 guys-
Another point you need to know, if you put your phone in their hands, and you do not pick it up within 5 days of promised service pickup, the phone will belong to them.. they will try to contact you but if you leave it for months, they eventually send it out and I guess send it to the cellphone junk yard..(how do I know this? A lady who had her phone service in February Finally came to get her phone, and it was no longer in the store..) Well I guess she isn't attached to her phone like the rest of us!

It's strange that the more expensive the phone the less likely you can get insurance for it. I have a TILT that I bought about four months ago and had my first non insured experience last week.
I dropped my phone in water while playing golf  and took it to Cingular to be repaired. The lady there informed me that there were only a few locations that did repair and I would probably have to mail it off. If you are like me and don't have a home phone and the cell is pretty much your life line then you know sending it out would take way too long. Luckily, she referred me to a 3rd party company called CPR.
I am in the car business, so I am skeptical of 3rd parties, but I was also desperate and decided to try it out. I called and spoke to Brad who gave me direction to mail it in and he would have it fixed the day he got it if possible. I sent it in and he fixed  it that day and knowing how much I needed the phone back and waited on me to pick it up after I got off of work.
Overall, one of the best customer service experiences that I have had and at a very reasonable price.....definitely would recommend to friends.
