The course is really nice but challenging. The first nine are depth perception tricksters, while the back nine are hilly but forgiving. Only tip? Keep your ball on the fairway and play it safe.

But the way the course is is awesome, the staff is awesome. The golf carts are in top shape, and the GPS on the carts are a nice touch. The only downfall? Our group played on the day that there was a tourney going on. But, I believe, on Hole 13 (par 3), the course Marshall offered us a hole in one challange, with a prize of $1000. Our group tried it, but none of us, got even close to the hole.

Definitely will go back when there are specials. :D

We went there for driving range last Sunday. The entire atmosphere was great. Very cozy and comfortable area with some shades where you do not have to worry about the sun. For the putting green, it seems they do well for the maintenance. However, there is something they can improve, i.e., distance mark for the range. Among all, I will go back for the course next time^^

This place was amazing!  I'm contemplating going back this coming weekend even!

The course is well kept and quite challenging.  It's easily one of the greener courses I've been to in the area.  The course was lengthy enough to where you feel like you get your money's worth and the views of the city are nice.  The pace of play was extremely good considering we got a fairly early tee time.

It's one of those rare places where I can easily say, the course is worth the price tag.  With that said, I don't know if I can handle the $125 weekend tee times every week, but if I can keep scoring these tee time specials, I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Played Coyote today and was very impressed. i hadn't played here in a few years. The course was in good shape, pace of play was pretty good and every hole looks great. The greens are true and in good shape. We got an Internet deal somewhere for $89 and I'd say it was well worth it. Will make it back there again soon.

I play here a lot, if your hitting it straight you can score well, if your spraying it stay home. I've shot in the 70's and the 90's here. enjoy the view from the 7th tee box

Great course! Even during the aeration, the greens are still great. Fairways are somewhat dormant, rest of the course is in great shape. Great layout and some holes have amazing views, and a couple with dramatic drops. I would definately come out here again, especially with their email deal of $49 with cart. Cart is the newer GPS type, very nice. Comes with 9 tees, towel, and a guy to set your bags in the cart for you. Definate recommendation here!

coyote hills is the best course that i've ever played... but, that really doesn't mean much because i've only been a golfer for about five months now.

my school had an alumni event here, and because i'm a current student i didn't have to pay the ridiculous entry fee.  but, i don't think my opinion about the place would change even if i had to pay.  it's a challenging course, but not SO challenging.  it's a short course, with both narrow and semi-wide fairways.  there are creeks/water pitfalls here and there, and the sands can be a bit rough.  overall, though, it's playable even for the semi-beginner.

each cart has an awesome GPS system, and the staff there is extremely helpful and friendly.

overall, a really nice course to play.

This is my favorite course in Orange County.

Practice facility is great with large practice greens and chipping area.

In the middle of the Fullerton foothills with great views from different spots on the course.  Carts are equipped with GPS.  Challenging layout with lots of risk/reward shots.

Great clubhouse facilities.

Can play slow in the afternoons especially on the weekends.

it was pretty fun on their driving range. the fraternity i'm in (yes, i'm a girl and i'm in a frat) had someone teach us the basics of how to hit the ball. someone i know tried to teach me, but i was never able to hit the ball well. but the instructor there taught me a lot better that i actually hit the ball pretty well!!

the range however wasn't my favorite. i think i like the pacific palm's driving range in city of industry better.

Went to go slap some balls on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Didn't play on the course - just hung out at the driving range. The place is nice and clean with many targets to shoot at. The practice greens are challenging enough. Ample parking and a great facility. Can't wait to try out the course - Four!

Coyote Hills is a very nice layout with some odd quirks like incredibly elevated tees on some holes and oil pumping rigs alongside others. The course is in excellent condition and I have only played on weekdays when it has been wide-open with very few other players to run into. The greens are not perfect but they were some of my favorite to play on because they were medium sized, they rolled true and they weren't too fast or too slow. Some of the holes are quite scenic with water coming into play or with nice views when you get up into the hillier parts. The practice area is great with grass tees and conveniently located right near the first tee. The clubhouse is very nice and they have weddings, banquets and other events held there regularly. Service is friendly and professional and they are part of American Golf so you can sign up to receive email discount offers. I would not want to pay full price for this course because it is a bit overpriced and they have specials all the time.
