Coyote Flaco isn't the best Mexican Food I've had, but it is definitely the best around. Connecticut really fails when it comes to authentic flavors, but this is pretty good. It wouldn't really make it in the west, but it always has a crowd here. I like the scene and the outdoor patio is great. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Another downfall is that you only get one refill on chips. They have takeout too which is awesome!
Coyote Flaco has great meat in their entrees, it's flavorful and moist. Their enchilladas are very good, especially the oaxacan variety. Chips are tasty (you only get 1 refill), but beware of the green dipping sauce, it looks avacado based, but it's super spicy. On Monday nights they have 1/2 price house margaritas (which are strong). I wish their prices were a little lower, and they were open a little later, but it's worth stopping in if you're in the area.
