Cousins Subs

Ordered 3 party platters, 18 cookies, and 3 large bags of chips at 5:45AM on Sunday December 20th. This food was for my staff who had been working all weekend moving our facility to a new location in north fond du lac. I scheduled pickup for 11:45. When I arrived they told me "they screwed up". Nothing was ready. They were EXTREMELY nice about it but I had to wait almost an hour for the food. It surprises me that a $200+ order wasn't prioritized. I think they made the entire order while I was sitting there waiting which is unacceptable. Hopefully in the future the staff will be better trained.

I am traveling in Wisconsin and decided to have a sub at Cousins on Main Street in Fond du lac. Not only was the ham and provolone sub delicious, but I encountered two wonderful employees, Hayley and Lexi (though I'm not sure how their names are spelled). They were cheerful and helpful in answering my questions, especially since I had never visited a Cousins before. They made me an "extra special" sub and I appreciated it. I highly recommend this place...not just for the subs, but for its wonderful staff.

Cousins is one of my favorite casual sub shops. Their bread is by far the best. This is a top notch Cousins. Great hot and cold subs at a nice price.

I was at Cousins previously picking an order as a delivery service driver. A couple of the employees were expressing some issues with a prior delivery and a customer that was upset with them. It was all unrelated to my services. The employee"Lisa or Laura" turned her back to me and very rudely said she is ending the conversation. Wouldn't respond to me. As I picked up my order she started again about the issue. I dismissed her because she was condescending and rude. I left with my order. I received another order a few days later. I was not entirely crazy about working with cousins. However, I decided to except the order anyway. This same individual called me and said we do not need your services. However, since I work for the delivery service and I had committed to picking up this customer orders I proceeded to the pick up anyway. When I arrived at the restaurant I requested the customers order. The individual that called me would not come out of their office and sent another employee to deliver the message that my services would not be needed. I Felt that I had to at least show up at the restaurant because I do not work for cousins and I work for a delivery service and that's what I had committed to. One of the employees which stated they did not need my service was in the kitchen and she yelled very loudly GET OUT.
