Good location just outside of downtown.  If you hit all the lights you could make it to the arch/river by car in 5 minutes.  This particular Courtyard has the updated lobby that has been rolled out to this brand, but the rooms have a bit more work to be done.  The soundproofing is minimal, so be prepared to hear water running next door, cars outside, and people walking in the hall.  As far as the comment about the internet needing to be refreshed after 24 hours, well that is just normal Marriott operation (iBahn etc).  The important thing to remember that is you get free WiFi that is fairly fast (about 4 Mbps upload and download).  Nightly rates seem to be very aggressive for this Courtyard, so given the value I would recommend.

    woohoo!
This place is not too bad. Looks are most definitely deceiving. From the outside its this bland tan place but inside it's very chic and modern. The rooms itself are okay. It doesnt really match outside but it's not like its nasty or anything. I really enjoyed my stay here. The receptionists are nice and what not. The bistro there isn't too good though, it's also overpriced so yeahh, go down the street to the union station and eat there insteadd.

The rooms are just like any typical courtyard: 2 queens or 1 king in a pretty standard room with common amenities.  I really appreciated, however, that the hotel had a jacuzzi, a gym, and a pool.  I made use of all 3.  The lobby in this one is inexplicably nice.  It has a giant touch screen for news and weather, a bistro, and a nice office area with a printer.  Only negative thing was that the sheets made us itch for some reason.  Maybe some chemical was sprayed or simply bed bugs rained on us like locusts. What really brings this otherwise decent hotel into the realm of mediocrity, however, is the incessant problems they have with their internet.  They have this weird system where they only give you 24 hours of wireless, then it expires.  Then, you're stuck trying to figure out what went wrong, then spend an hour waiting on the phone for the tech people, then an hour of troubleshooting for them to just end up renewing my 24 hours by giving me another 24 hours.  Of course, after a day, I had to repeat the process.  Ugh.
