Review from Eric D.
I have stayed here several times over the years. What I currently like about the place (post renovation) is that it is clean and the beds are comfortable. I also enjoy HD on the HD television. The television is a fairly large LG...maybe a 42?. I say large as it is pretty close to the bed, which magnifies its bigness.
+ = Big TV, HD Channels (HBO, HDNET, ESPNHD), Mini Fridge, Cafe' in lobby w/ Starbucks Coffee, Clean, Comfortable Bed, walkable distance to restaurants.
- = Old style courtyard layout makes going from room to lobby a chore, kind of pricey bistro selections, girl at front desk is a Dallas Cowboys fan.
Overall - This is the place I always stay at when in the area. -

Very nice place. Apparently they recently finished some renovations, and it shows. Super clean and modern, and the staff was very friendly. Big comfortable rooms with a nice TV and a quiet air unit. The "quad" in the center of the compound is very pretty, and there are a bunch of food places within walking distance, which is great for those late nights.

Right now the hotel is undergoing some remodeling. The result is a front-desk that's difficult to find, no business center, and no restaurant. The breakfast is actually served in the same room as the check-in (I've yet to actually get breakfast here because Whole Foods isn't too far away).
This hotel may normally be nicer, but until I stay here when there isn't any construction, it gets 2 stars in my book. -

I like this place. I mean it has clean sheets, a nice comfortable bed, a modern TV, cable, big shower and perfect a/c. The check in area is small. They are relatively quick and friendly. There is no restaurant/bar. There is an area next to the checkin that serves coffee, fresh breakfast quick food and drinks in the afternoon. Not a bar or restaurant at all. I have heard there are better places to stay in the area but I am not picky. All I ask is that my key card to work, it's quiet and the room is tidy. It's not like I am living here. It's an quasi-extended stay hotel. If I want to drink/eat, there are plenty of restaurants in the area...This place is fine as is.

Courtyards can be so hit or miss. And this one is a miss.
This is basically a converted motel for $150/night. Breakfast is an extra 10 bucks. No wireless, crappy soap/shampoo combo with towels that double as an exfoliant. If you must stay here, make sure you are NOT on the first floor and that you face the courtyard. -

I've stayed at this Courtyard several times for business travel and the other posters hit everything right on. Wireless internet would be nice and the towels aren't very soft. At least the $10 breakfast buffet has a big selection.
I gave an extra star because I got some exceptional customer service. When I went out to leave for the airport in the morning, I found that my rental car battery was dead. The front desk was immediately helpful about finding a battery starter in their utility closet.. when that ultimately didn't work, one of the hotel staff (not sure what their job was) offered to take me to the airport in her personal car. I definitely wouldn't have made my flight it if I had to wait for a taxi to show up. I was really surprised and grateful that they would do this. -

The room was clean, and the check in was painless. But I'd have to say the bed was a little better than concrete and wireless internet access would have been nice.
