It's a Courtyard, so there is that expected look and feel. This one feels a bit dated, and definitely needs some work.
Pros:
- Good service, friendly staff
- Flat panel HD TVs in the rooms
- A number of actual HD channels
- Breakfast is served in the lobby
- Free wired and Wifi internet access
- Room was clean
Cons:
- The wall paper in the hallways on the first floor was peeling off in many places
- Bed was way to soft and mushy for my taste
- Beware - you are close to railroad tracks - I was awoken several times during the night to the loud sounds of trains blasting their warning horns

I stayed here once. It's an older building that's been remodeled to look modern, but you still know it's older. Old is ok, everything was functional and clean. But just for the overall experience, I much perfer the Courtyard in downtown.
