I've stayed in most of the Marriotts in this area...and here is my breakdown of the room:
Pros:
+ in-room microwave to heat up those pesky leftovers
+ fan in the bathroom
+ ipod dock to crank out the tunes
Cons:
- Rooms are TINY. I almost felt like I was living in a prison cell. There's probably about 2 feet of space between each piece of furniture. I stayed in a room with 1 king, so it may be different if you have the two queen setup.
- No wireless. The wired broadband is very fast, but you can only connect one computer at a time. If you were staying with a group of friends (if you can fit that many people in the room), then it would be a problem
- The hotel is right next to the train tracks. Luckily I was here for one night, but it would definitely bother me if I was awoken from my beauty sleep with a passing train

Update 8/28: The bed I got this time was REALLY comfortable. I slept like a baby. Perhaps some of the newer rooms have the updates? I still think it's worth a shot.
The woman who runs the show at breakfast is FANTASTIC! So friendly.

I really liked this place. Clean, fresh atmosphere. Nu fuss decorations, lots of light. The beds can be cushier. There were microwaves and a mini-fridge in the rooms, which was nice.
Breakfast service was the highlight... exceptional service and very friendly staff. Great deal.

I've stayed at this hotel a total of over two months when visiting a client in the area - one time I stayed for one consecutive month!
The place is not all modern and glitzy - but it is comfortable. The restaurant serves breakfast only, including a pretty good breakfast buffet. I usually opted for a high fiber cereal and skim milk and fruit, but every once in a while I would break down and go for the eggs, potatoes, bacon, and corned beef hash!
Broadband internet access is available in every room. I toted up my entire Power Mac G5 tower and 23" Apple Display the month I stayed there.
The staff are very friendly and go out of your way to assist you. I got to know many of them on a first name basis after staying there for so long.
The lobby area is comfortable with chairs and couches and you can watch TV in the lounge if you feel the need to get out of your room for a bit. They also offer a pantry where you can get snacks and drinks, and there is coffee service and papers available in the lounge area as well.
A coin operated washer and dryer is available for those who need to do laundry as I did. The exercise room is not a whole lot to look at.
