This is a rarity: A really nice Courtyard! I stayed here for only $94 per night and thought the room was great for the business traveler. Note, I didn't say "leisure traveler expecting 2 sinks in the bathroom".
There's only one and this place is really laid out for the business traveler who wants nice facilities (pool/Gym); walking distance to everything; free parking--(I'm not sure why one traveler paid for parking---my parking and wifi were free!), and a decent breakfast. I wasn't brave enough to try their Asian restaurant, but it's walking distance to Neiman's/SeaStar and a whole lot of places which make you happy you are in a Courtyard!. Also, there's a Starbuck's (which doesn't serve breakfast sandwiches due to their agreement with Marriott), but provides much better coffee than does the hotel.
Generally, I don't stay at Courtyard's and opt for a Fairmont---but, this was the deal in Bellevue!
I've stayed here many times (company foots the bill). I think the location is good, the hotel is nice and has an upscale feel, and is clean.
The rooms are good for getting work done and the location makes it nice to look out the window and see a clean, semi-urban setting.
Parking costs extra and is in a garage below the hotel.
I wouldn't stay here on my own dime for more than a few days because I'm a cheap bastard. If I was a rich cheap bastard I'd stay here.
This is probably one of the more expensive hotels in Bellevue.
I should note that it's located near all the night life that Bellevue has to offer. And when that shuts down there's a Denny's (barely) within walking distance.
I found this to be an exceptional Marriott. The hotel was lovely, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were really quite nice and very reasonably priced.
The lobby is comfortable and clean and offers a business center with free internet access and printing. The bar/lounge area was comfortable as well with lounge and bar seating.
My room had all the amenities including a small balcony. The windows must have been double pained as my room was quiet and it was pretty loud outside. My standard king room included a small sofa, refrigerator and standard desk and internet capabilities. All for just $119.00 per night!
I was actually attending a trade show in Seattle so staying in Bellevue wasn't ideal. But I was able to get a great rate last minute at a very nice place. It made my commute a little more bearable knowing that I had a decent, reasonably priced place to stay. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Bellevue.
I am sure that someone with more experience staying at this hotel should get the FTR, but there is an event going on here, and it wasn't already listed in Yelp.

Nothing special really, but the hotel sundries shop is not a total ripoff like most hotels and the hotel bartenders were super nice.
Free internet is a plus so it's a solid place to stay for biz, I'd say...
