Review from Keith F.
Victoria, MN
Overall a great hotel and a great stay. It's far from Old Town ($19 cab ride) but the service and cleanliness make up for it.
The service at the front desk was great. I worked front desk at a hotel for three years in college and the guy working was very impressive. He made us feel welcome and really knew his job and the area. Check-in was a breeze.
The room and bathroom were both clean and spacious.
Our only issue was that there were a lot of kids in the pool area. We sat in the hot tub for about 15 minutes on a Saturday night around 10:00, and decided to get out after kids started doing cannon balls into it while their mother watched silently. A lot of kids were staying at this hotel, which was kind of a surprise. It would be REALLY nice if they had an hour in the evenings for adults only in the pool.
Parking is free.
If I'm every in Fort Collins again, I will definitely look at staying here. -
Review from Neal E.
Stayed one evening here a couple of weeks ago - very comfortable - very reliable in terms of knowing what to expect when you check into a Courtyard.
When I got to my room, I noticed the Ethernet cable was missing so I called down to the front desk - they sent one up immediately - not 2 minutes had passed since I made the call to the time someone was knocking on my door.
The room was clean and did not smell like someone had been smoking in it and then the hotel had tried to mask the odor.
We ate breakfast the next morning in the hotel. I had a granola cereal with Skim milk, strawberries, and a very small side of scrambled eggs and bacon.
The one thing I will ding them for - no High Definition TVs in the hotel rooms. They had one down in the lobby which was nice when you are hanging out - but it's time to ditch the old clunky analog/CRT-style TVs!
The staff were very friendly and reliable. I would stay here again!
