When one stays at a chain hotel, one expects the company's standards to be met. This hotel meets the requirement so far as service, and the cleanliness of the room are concerned. We arrived late and asked the desk man where we could go for a late meal. I was not looking forward to driving more, in the dark, in a strange city, with snow falling. He advised we call Jason's deli and have a meal delivered. GOOD ADVICE!
The free breakfast the next morning however was awful - out of several items, things that should be hot were cold and vice versa. Next time, we'll go out to breakfast.
