My Dad is an Elite member and books the rooms for me. So, I get a really nice room. The complimentary breakfast is okay. I have been living here for many weeks now, so I know the staff pretty well. Most of them are nice. Stephanie is the breakfast waitress. She is really nice, but maybe only because I tip her. Which I suggest you do. Naomi is very friendly, helpful, and efficient.
When kids are here, they're very loud and annoying. But, I don't like kids. I would avoid staying here on weekends. But, maybe every hotel is that way.
If you stay here more than one night, they don't change the sheets unless you put the card on the desk onto the bed. They give you fresh towels and take out the trash. They don't clean the restroom unless it's something obvious (like mud on the floor). The towels are extremely old and don't have much to them. They are only changed if you leave them on the floor. Otherwise, they are simply hung back on whatever they came from. The sheets are so old that the elastic at the corners have worn out so they come off the bed when you sleep (I don't move very much while I sleep).
The walls are thin but not as thin as most other hotels.
It is right off the highway which is convenient. There is an in-and-out burger and a denny's nearby and a Target on the opposite side of the highway exit.
One thing I learned is that it is common for the maids to open windows and doors to allow fresh air in. They don't always close them, so make sure you check before you turn the air on.
They also always leave the lights on. I think this is so you don't enter a dark room, but I feel guilty having electricity on when no one is around.
When I got here, the shampoo bottle had been used and had some missing. I try to rationalize that that is okay because otherwise it would be wasted. But, I don't use it.
Parking is good but there is one dangerous intersection with no stop signs and bushes blocking the view on all four sides.
Make sure you sleep on the side of the bed farthest from the TV. Otherwise, it's concave and not as comfortable.

Wow- I figured that since I am a Gold member, that we would get upgraded, but I was wrong.  Oh well- no big deal....

Thankfully we were only in this hotel for 2 nights, this was one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed in.  The hotel rooms are very out of date, and we didn't even get our room cleaned the first day.

It was close to a few stores, however, I wouldn't suggest staying at this hotel, maybe the Residence Inn across the way is better...

This is a decent Courtyard, but it is really far from Santa Clara if you are visiting Silicon Valley.  Plan on a 30+ min commute.

There is a mall across the street with casual restaurants.  They have an expensive cafe for breakfast.  Parking is a bit of a problem.

I'd stay here again if it were close to something.  It's more than 20 miles from Santa Clara.

The hotel is super clean, nice location. Excellent staff. Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in.
