I don't understand why this hotel has such great reviews on Tripadvisor...maybe I just got a crappy room. I stayed here for 2 nights because Seattle was booked due to 2 college football games and the Seahawks home opener. This hotel is overpriced! First of all, it is 25 minutes from downtown Seattle, not 15 as it claims. For being so far out of the city, at $129/night it is $50 overpriced.

Second, the room I was in (#251) is SO crowded with furniture, I had to move some of it around myself just to clear a path from one end to the other. It is way too small a room for a sofa and table and it is laid out awkwardly.

Third, the balcony clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. There were matches all over and black spots where cigarrettes had been put out.

On a positive note, the staff was nice and helpful and there is a large shopping mall about a mile away with tons of shops, good restaurants and a beautiful brand new movie theater.
