This place gets the job done. They have anything you could ever need, but not one thing is the greatest.

Pool & Jacuzzi: Small, indoor, feels crowded even when empty.

Gym: Two treadmills and a few light weight dumbells.

Business Center: 2 copmputers with printers and decent internet, located in the lobby.

Rooms: Large, not the chicest decor or electronics, but free internet makes up for this

Breakfast: Decent, same thing every morning

Service: Very friendly, but maybe not the most competent employees

Tip: Play basketball at the Residence Inn across the way!

In general, I like the consistency of Courtyard Marriott properties. After the debacle of the previous hotel in downtown Denver - we were looking for something quieter. And we found it by golly!

This Courtyard is tucked a ways back off the main road behind a number of other hotels and their is a Marriott Residence Inn across the street.

We checked in around 5:00 pm - our rooms were all ready to go. My room was on the third floor (it's a three story building). First thing I noticed when I walked in to my room was how appropriately cool it was. Yaaaaayyyyy! Thank you for quality AC! It was a really hot day in the Denver area so the AC was a welcome respite.

Nothing fancy - just consistency and comfort. Bed was reasonable firm and the pillows had more substance to them than the Sheraton we were at the evening before.

The rooms still have older, CRT-based analog style TVs.

Room was clean and comfy. Slept very well.

In the morning we ate breakfast in the hotel lobby/breakfast area. Nothing fancy for me - cold cereal with skim milk, a side of bacon, and coffee.

There are many restaurants nearby - consult Yelp. I'd stay here again!

As a side note - I went out in the evening to pick up a couple of bottles of water, and there was a Red Fox trotting down the road by the hotel!
