thank god they have a 24 hour customer service desk or i would have been SOL looking for a room at 1215am in danvers, ma. the front desk was extremely nice and bubbly for it being so late there (for me, i was still on west coast time so it was 9p) and she was extremely accomodating, even offering me a list of places where i could grab a bite that where still open at that ungodly hour. it was ungodly because it was a wednesday morning... weekends are exceptions.
the room was extremely clean and warm when i walked in. glad they had the heater running because it was snowing outside and 18 degrees. a nice desk was provided with free internet, a comfy couch sat in the far corner, and a nice sized tv was sitting on a chest of drawers. the bed was super comfy and extremely warm. the hotel has down pillows!! yay! all in all, its a nice hotel with nice rooms. you don't have much to pick from in this area, so go with the courtyard.
