Ok twice now I have had dealings with Courtesy. My daughter bought a car there 2 years ago after driving it a day it started acting up. She took it back for them to look at it and they told her the engine was blown. Now I know how a car runs with a blown engine and this did not seem like the problem, it took a few days but she did get her money back but only after we refused to by a higher priced car. Next my son went there last week and he wanted to look at car they had listed on the internet. After some time waiting they told him they could not find the car. They tried to keep him around to try and persuade him to buy a car he did not want nor could afford. We have not had the best experiences with them and I would not go back there.
Wow. I had a totally different experience from Shirley D. at this same Courtesy Chevrolet. Was referred by an acquaintance who had a good experience buying 2 vehicles from them. I stopped in and test-drove three vehicles, and bought the least expensive--which I liked the best--with no pressure to "upgrade". Got a great price at a very good interest rate, along with a generous trade-in amount on my old car. The salesman Roy Cavazos, finance manager Ginger D'Anna, and sales manager Scott Daly were all very helpful. Options were explained thoroughly. Went back the next day for window tinting and received the same courteous treatment from service consultant Mark Hurtt. Also had some minor body work done [2007 vehicle]. They did a fine job and the Body Shop consultant, Justin Bragg, was great. Shuttle driver, Woody, was very nice. Their new waiting area has places to lounge with nice TV's, two computers, and even a small cafe. Overall, a very positive experience. Definitely recommend.
