This place is right next door to my work, so I go there a lot for lunch or just to kill time when I need a break.  The owner and staff are really friendly and everything they serve in their deli has been grown and cooked by them!  They carry most of my favorite things (including food stuff and personal care stuff) and are very knowledgeable.  The other day I had to get some gluten-free snacks for one of the kiddies.  After a few attempts at various grocery stores I stopped by Country Naturals.  They immediately directed me to the whole shelf of selections they had and then proceeded to give me a few more tips I might need.
Love it!
