I know, it's sort of cheating when I review random hotels in Louisville, Kentucky - and I'm the first to review upping my "first to review" number.  This is hardly increasing my attractitivity to being chosen to be an Elite member.  "What? You want reviews of San Francisco??? Well screw YOU, I'm rating motels in Louisville, Kentucky instead."

So I booked this place online from Travelocity.  When I arrived at the airport at 10:30PM and asked for the courtesy shuttle, they said it had stopped running - which annoyed me because the sign said "FREE SHUTTLE TO / FROM AIRPORT 7AM - 11PM".  But seeing as how I didn't get my luggage until almost an hour later, I figured I'd let it slide.  The receptionist was super nice and the front entry is a little porch - complete with a bench swing.  And with the weather here in May at night (unlike the chill of San Francisco), it makes me want to meet a nice boy and make out with him on that porch swing.

The room was adequate - clean, with AC and with network cable so I could stay connected to my west coast homies.  TV had cable and there was enough insulation that the planes overhead didn't disturb me too much.  My colleague also staying at the hotel though, didn't have hot water.  The jacuzzi'ed room next door sucked it all up apparently.  (Give me one of those rooms next time yo!)

They had a free continental breakfast in the morning - with a make your own waffle station.  They also offered cereal, juices and the typical other breakfast foods.  I ate scrambled eggs and bacon ... which is more then I usually eat for breakfast so at least it got me off to a good start.  While I visited here for work and the company footed the bill (I'd have preferred the Hilton ... you know, so I can further support that bimbo bitch), if I were to visit here again on my own dime - I'd be fine staying here.
