I was so upset that I reached out to upper management. No hotel should EVER treat paying guests like that ever. I still cannot get over how awful everything was at the hotel.
No black out drapes
Light pollution in rooms so bad I could not sleep at all
Breakfast only served until 9
Staff was extremely disrespectful if guests.
I will not stop until I get a letter or something from this place, it was that bad.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Mar 23, 2022Previous review$130 to lay in a bed listening to a highway all night with NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS!!!!!!!!!!! I am sitting in my room and cannot shut the blinds. I literally have to drive 10 hours tomorrow and am up because lights from the highway are keeping my room so lit is absolutely maddening. Stay somewhere cheaper, this place is a freaking rip off.

Booked my daughters first birthday party in a party room with the pool. Was quoted $100 for 5 hours. Everything was good all had a good time. Getting ready to leave I brought the pool key to the desk and she asked me if I took the garbage out. Well I hadn't yet but said ok where does it go and brought it out. In the meantime my family had all the room cleaned up went as far as to wipe off the tables. We leave and I noticed I got a $200 charge on my card. I called and asked for and explanation. The lady I called was very rude and said I was told when I booked there was a fee for not cleaning the room. The only thing we didn't do was vacuum. The best part is they pulled this scam with another group in the other party room that day. Neither party was told of this company policy. I would've had no trouble following this policy if I would've known about it. The customer service I received was horrible.

We were back in Little Falls for a sudden family funeral. We were in town for 5 nights and it was -20 below zero almost the entire time. (Horrible !) It was a GRIM time for us but the nice accommodations were always so WARM and Welcoming. Nancy at the Front Desk was FABULOUS and took such good care of us. The room was new and fresh and very clean. Great little kitchen with microwave and coffee pot and frig. Nice bathroom & dressing area. And a wonderful Breakfast room. With the worlds friendliest staff every morning ! They should advertise "Friendliest Breakfast in Town" ! Housekeeper staff also so accommodating. When you are going thru a funeral and a tough time....it really makes a difference to have a friendly smile greeting you. THANK YOU to everyone at the Country Inn !!

Best value we have found in a long time (& certainly on this trip). Clean, updated, friendly, plush, a pool, and all the pillows needed! Love it!
For visitor info galore, just check out the area near the vending machines (ask front desk). Little Falls has tons of publications & guides.
Close to #WillowCreekKennels, so if you have a dog training at this amazing facility then we highly recommend a stay here.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Steve M.Little Falls, MN022Jun 9, 2018
Very disappointed! From walking into another guest room at 11pm due to an computer error (yes they gave us someone else's room) to the false advertising on breakfast (see web site versus actual). First stay at a Country at $129 a night and probably last!

Stayed there for business back in February of 2018 and there was so many trucks and rust buckets with no mufflers going by it made sleep impossible. I got a room change, but by that time it was so late it was almost morning. I appreciate their efforts in changing the room, but I got no sleep that night and worked all day that day dead tired with a 4 to 5 hour drive after work on no sleep for my next assignment and stayed at a Hampton Inn which was much much much much better and a lot more quiet. I'd never stay at another Country Inn & Suites ever again and now I look at the location of Hotels as well.

The place isn't the worse I've seen. But they definitely could some improvements. They cleanliness needs improvements, housekeeping and front desk friendliness, professionalism and appearance. The pool area could use some updates, better lighting and the hot tub is about 10 degrees too hot! The fitness center is a large closet with a treadmill and free weights.

We stayed on the 11th of June 2019, we left our room at 9am and the do not disturb sign was not on our door. When we returned to the room at 7:30pm our room was not cleaned and we had no clean towels. I called the front desk and the front desk was exceptionally rude and told us it's our fault that the room was not cleaned. She then told us we would need to come to the front counter to get new towels. For $100+ a night I expect better service and to at least have a clean room. They never apologized nor offered to discount our stay. As a loyal Carlson member I expect much better.

Very nice staff was accommodating and gracious. Breakfast is standard for a hotel of this star level - in other words, merely passable. The breakfast burrito was good though. Decent rooms. One room - 114 - was mildewy because of a leak from the AC, but they moved us right away to another. Very convenient location. WiFi was solid.

Very nice hotel! Comfortable and quiet room, nice decor. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, too. Plus I liked the flavored creamers for my coffee.
The staff was great at both check-in and check-out.
The only downfall is the lack of elevator to the second floor but I'm still giving this hotel 5 stars. I will definitely stay here again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
