I have a hilarious story about how I got a referral to this place, but I'll save that one for another time.  But my referral isn't to get my hair done - but a brow wax.  (You know you do it to...or you should)  Ya see I'd had some really messy experiences from mis-communication, so I was looking for a nail/wax place I could trust to communicate with me.  (Yea, yea, that review is coming...)

I was told to talk to Valerie, who is the manager.  She was on vacation so Renee helped me and she couldn't have been more nice.  Rather than rip it all first and ask questions later, she wanted to hear all about what I wanted and what I didn't like. She even stopped at one point and said, "I was thinking about doing this, what do you think?"  Um - yea!  Such an amazing difference.  The only mini-negative is that it took a bit longer than it normally takes at those other spots, but I'd rather wait a bit to have it done right.  

And for $11 it may be a buck or two more than some of the faster spots, but it's such a relief to have that good service that I'll totally be back again.
