Brea & Jaime are nice, dependable, trustworthy, & charge fair rates. When Brea came over for initial meeting, she brought her business license & hard copy of references; all references checked out. I like their website: clever, professional, with services & rates clearly outlined. Other folks in my building have used Cosmic, & they have been happy with service too. Great people to work with!
And it sure is nice to come home to cats' typical aloof indifference vs. frantic lovestarved meowfest. -

First off, I must admit, from a pet sitting standpoint that Cosmic is 5 stars. We've had a couple different people from Cosmic watch our dog, and we've always returned home to a happy dog and a house that's usually cleaner than when we left it.
However, I've often found them to be a little slow to respond to requests and their availability is pretty limited. This last time, it took Brea 8 days to get back to me that she had no one available for the time we requested, which by then meant that many alternatives were getting booked up in that time as well.
Overall, fantastic dog sitting, but I wish they handled the business aspect a little better. -

I called and left a message per instructions. They didn't bother calling back. Ever. I guess they don't actually want to run a business.

Brea is fantastic. We came home from Hawaii to a mellow, relaxed, happy dog. It was so nice to get little updates from her - it really made me enjoy the vacation all that much more. Brea is professional, honest, and reliable. I'm almost hesitant to say how great she is, because she will be so booked!!!

I am so glad to have discovered Brea's petsitting service. My cat was clearly very well taken care of -- and the apartment was left in great shape. She even washed the used cat food cans and put them in the recycling bin.
The level of care shown was well beyond that of "doing one's job" -- it was immediately clear that she loved animals and really satisfying her customers.
I would have no reservations contacting her again. -

We love Cosmic! We *have* to have a dog-friendly person clean our place, since our big dog is nosy and tries his best to help when you're scrubbing the floor, so we were thrilled to find home services and pet services together.
Brea has been walking our dog and cleaning our condo every week for the last year. She's dependable, meticulous, and best of all, she somehow handles our 75-lb. meat-head with grace. He's a much calmer boy at night after she's taken him out for a midday stroll. We trust her 100 percent with our dog and our home. -

My cat is awesome. Until we leave him alone for a couple of days. Then he's pissed. Literally. Cat pee in choice locations that specifically say "I can't get love from an automatic feeder."
So when we were going to be away for 2 weeks, we had to make sure he had a little TLC on a regular basis. Brea came by every other day, gave him some much-appreciated brushing and petting, and cleaned up the occasional hairball and litter scatter. It was great to come home from a long flight and find a fluffy, happy kitty, a neat pile of mail, living plants (and clean floors). It's nice to know we have a resource when we go out of town and I wouldn't hesitate to use Cosmic Home and Pet again. -

It is relaxing to know that our babies are being loved on when we are out of town. It makes traveling easier and not so stressful. Brea checks in with us while we are away to let us know how are 2 yorkies are doing; we look forward to hearing these updates every time. Thank you Cosmic for being so caring!

Cosmic is the best! She's been walking my dog Pablo and his half-sister Lola for more than a year and I have never once had a single complaint. Well Pablo can't talk but I can tell. :)

I hired Bria to come and look after our 4 animals and do some house work while we were away. She was phenomenal, not only did the animals lover her, but we returned to a sparkling home. I would recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter or help around the home. She is detail oriented and understood out compulsive need to recycle... not all cleaning services get it. Also... I think the pets missed her when she was gone... the cat wasn't even upset we had left, very unlike her :) I will be using her services again.

Our dog walker suddenly cancelled on us while we were out of town. Cosmic Home and Pet was one of the only dog walking services that was willing to help us out at the last minute without meeting us (and our dog) beforehand. They reassured us over the phone that the situation was under control; we even got periodic updates letting us know how our nervous pup was holding up. We couldn't have been more pleased with the care given to our pet. We will definitely be calling them again!

I'm so incredibly happy to have found Brea and Jaime. My dog Brutus is shy and quiet, and really just wants to be in a nice home with lots of love. When he couldn't be with us, it broke my heart to leave him in an industrial style facility, where I knew he wasn't getting the attention he craves. After a stay with Cosmic, he was so much calmer and more relaxed, and it was clear that they loved him, too. I couldn't be happier, and I'm not dreading my next vacation! Thanks!

Brea rocks. She takes such good care of my kitties, that they don't even seem to notice that we were away. Before Brea, I dreaded coming back to the kitties after vacation because they became like little wild animals... love starved and full of crazy energy. Now even for short weekend trips where we could leave them alone, we don't because we love what good care she takes of them.

Wow! I'm really not sure where to begin this review. Let's start off by saying that our french bulldog, Zipper, is the center of our world. He's a very special little guy, who is more human than dog in our opinion. We love to travel, but were never comfortable leaving him with anyone. Enter Brea, into our lives! I think she might adore Zip just as much as we do, and takes the most amazing care of him. The first time we left him with her, she sent us frequent updates and pictures via email and text, letting us know that he was doing great. I think she might have even let him sleep in her bed. :) She has helped us out with overnight sitting in her home, and will soon be spending a couple of nights in our home with Zip - as she has another guest dog in her place for some of the same nights. Brea has been great in a "pinch," and come over for last minute doggie walks - charging very reasonable rates, especially considering we live in Phinney, she in Cap Hill. Brea is an all around terrific person, and someone that can be trusted with the utmost certainty!

I have never had to leave my little yorkie behind on any vacations/trips until this last weekend. After doing some research on boarding locations Cosmic Home and Pet Services caught my eye for one main reason their "At Home" environment. Basically your dog becomes like their own and they are treated as they are a part of their family, which means, they get lots of loving, playing, cuddling, fun time for the doggies, no crating unless you request this. My husband, Pepe (dog) and I made a quick visit to see where our little one would be staying and we met with Jaime who is FABULOUS! You can absolutely tell she is a dog lover. She explained their services, she mainly does the "At Home" from their home and Brea will do the overnight stays at your home if you prefer. After doing the initial visit I felt absolutely 110% at ease that Pepe would be in a fun and loving environment for the weekend. I would absolutely recommend Cosmic Home and Pet for any boarding needs as it as many clients call it a "doggy summer camp" for dogs. I will for sure be sending my Pepe to doggy summer camp in the future. Thank you!
