Awesome guys!
I was in a rush to move out of my house in the outer Richmond back in April 2011, needless to say I failed to plan well....but the guys at Corrib got me out of a jam & were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule.
I've also been using their onsite storage facilities since then. Very reasonable costs for storage especially if, like me, you don't want or need to access them all that often. I've only visited twice in the 6+ months I've had them, and each time everyone's been very helpful and accommodating. All they ask is advance notice if you need access to your units, at least 24 hours or more because of the the vault style storage they use in their facility (the video is great, and each time it's been clean & safe).
Highly recommended local business, and it doesn't hurt that they've got some cute Irish lads working there too! :D -

Never have I been happier to find 3 Irishmen at my doorstep at 8 am on a Saturday morning than today. They were super polite, quick, and moved all my heavy furniture without breaking a sweat. They also supplied wardrobe cabinets free of charge, which they pack and unpack themselves. The price was reasonable, fair, and I saved $50 with a Yelp coupon ...as well as saving my back, my knees, and my joints!
Back in my college/20-something days I used to bribe friends with pizza and beer..these days, I say, save your friendships and hire movers. -

Fantastic! In the past 2 years, I've moved more often than I'd like to admit. For my last two moves, I hired Corrib and they were fantastic. Super quick (about 2 hours moving the contents of one bedroom and some kitchen boxes). The men were nice and polite. Very reasonable and never felt uncomfortable or worried.
Hopefully I will not be moving anytime soon, but I recommend Corrib to friends and family. -

I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment in San Francisco to Redwood City, and had Bob, Dave K, and Martin helping me out. I wouldn't have changed a thing about my move. They were on time, quick, efficient, friendly, and even supplied a mental bank of some awesome one-liner jokes to keep me entertained.
"My deaf wife just left me for one of her deaf friends. I should have seen the signs."
The free wardrobe boxes are a huge plus, and everything made it in my new house without a ding, dent or scratch. All that for a reasonable price when compared to other movers in the city. Highly Recommend! -

My wife and I have moved 9 times in the last 15 years. It's gotten to the point where we no longer put pictures up on the walls or even unpack some of our boxes because we know we'll be moving again in another year or two. We've dealt with lots of different moving companies, but we've never worked with a moving company as consistently awesome as Corrib.
We've used Corrib for our last 2 moves, and we'll be using them again if/when we next move. Kevin is fair and honest, and helped advise us on how to make our move as cheap and easy as possible. The first time we moved with Corrib, they actually stored our stuff for a few months while we had an extended trip to visit family. During that move they broke a glass tabletop while moving it out of storage, and rather than leaving it as something for us to discover after unwrapping everything, Kevin was upfront and told us about it proactively, and even went so far as to replace the entire tabletop with a custom-cut new one, without giving us any hassles.
Every mover we've worked with from Corrib has been a hard worker, with a courteous, positive attitude. This is truly a well-run organization with a quality team of employees. -

Great company... with great movers. Robert and Trevor showed up 8am, just like they said. There was not one hassle about anything, especially when I would ask them to move furniture at new home, when I didn't like where it was originally set.
It was such a stress free experience. Would use them again in seconds notice. -

I called Kevin last minute and he was able to coordinate a move for me from SF to Palo Alto. Corrib team was courteous and friendly. I hired them for a pack and move. They did in 2 hours what would have taken me 1 week! They handled everything carefully, and worked efficiently. More than anything, appreciated their honesty. The move took an hour longer than anticipated and Kevin honored the quote he gave me. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Corrib Movers. We had had 2 other companies earlier in the week helping to move equipment and had horrible experiences, but when Corrib showed up we had a fantastic move!

I was very pleased with the moving services I received through Corrib. From the initial phone call, the reminder phone call the day before, to the prompt morning arrival, to the packing and moving, these guys were top notch. Very professional, quick, and friendly. They had good common sense, too, making sure they were packing the right things, and checking in before they packed something that seemed like it should be separated, like a set of keys I had left out. Also, they came by last night to pick up some boxes left over from the move.
All my things made it safely and securely to my new apartment in 3.5 hours, which included packing, moving, drive time and unloading. They quoted more like 4 or 5 hours and I was pleased and relieved to have everything done by 11:30 am!
I booked them because of the Yelp reviews and the Yelp deal, but I would use them again even if I didn't get a discount.
Great job, guys! -

I've used these guys for my last two moves and bottom line I trust Kevin to do a good job with the move. His team dealt with more than a few HOA created hurdles to the move as well as our lack of being fully prepared. We were on a tight schedule and Kevin came out personally to make sure the job got done on time. Even when we had a minor nick on the dining table he helped fix it up good as new. These guys are fast and efficient and will address all of your concerns/requests like when I asked to have our bedframe double wrapped for extra protection (they did it no questions asked). Pricing is fair and they even have a Yelp deal! What more can you ask for? Thanks Kevin and crew!

I'd venture to guess that there arent more than a handful of businesses of any kind that have 300+ reviews and a 5-star average, and it's well-deserved at Corrib. We moved a couple years ago, but i forgot to write this then. without boring you with the details, let's just say that we threw a huge curve ball at them (because it got thrown at us) on moving day and they handled it with grace. use these guys.

I needed to move a decent amount of stuff from one apartment to another. After making a few calls, I settled on Corrib based on their availability and reputation. The guy on the phone estimated 3-4 hours for the move with 3 people at $150/hour.
The movers were a bit late getting to my place, but very apologetic once they got there. David, Paddy, and another one whose name I forget (sorry!) were very nice Irish guys. They immediately assessed the extent of the job and got to it. They took care to wrap a couple of fragile items, like my digital piano, and Paddy even disassembled (and then reassembled) my big computer desk. At the destination, they had to carry all my stuff up to the third floor and, trust me, some of the items/boxes were pretty heavy.
The guys did an amazing job and were polite, professional, and hard working. They were probably the best movers I've dealt with, and I gave them a generous tip in appreciation. I would recommend Corrib to anyone who's looking to move with a minimum of hassle. -

I've moved several times in my life and I have to say this was the best moving experience I've had. They arrived on time, were very professional, and hustled their asses off without taking a single break. Only one minor nick on my media console (wood stain marker easily fixed it). They were also very friendly and finished before the estimated time (came in $100 under estimate). I will use them for any future moves and recommend them to any friends looking for movers.

Bad experience! Corrib was recommended to us and due to all the good reviews we thought this was the best one for the job.
We moved 5 times in 6 years, so we know stuff doesn't always goes perfect.
The team was quick & friendly, but afterwards we discovered so many damages.
The items that are still damaged: TV-cabinet, my daughters new Pottery Barn bed (looks really awful now), My sons crib and changing table. But the worst was our Ralph Lauren canopy bed and night stands. And more little stuff.
After approaching Kevin, and having a NOT so nice conversation with him. Of course I was stressed out, but he should know how to handle these things. He came over and his answer to the problem was: What do you expect, this furniture doesn't last forever.
Unbelievable to me as my daughters bed is 6 months old.
He offered to let the high-end canopy bed be fixed. As we had to pay 500 dollars ourselves, before insurance will pay for the rest, we thought leave it. We didn't know where the furniture would be fixed and we didn't trust anything anymore. Them moving it again, could mean more scratches. I discovered even more scratches and chip-offs later.
So for us this was the worst mover ever. We know that things go wrong, but this was way too much. We paid a lot and so much is damaged.
PS what happened with After Care, that is being a big part of business success, isn't it !!! -

My obsessive research to find the best movers resulted in Corrib Moving and I know why. These guys are the best. The moving went smoothly and very quickly (in fact, TOO quickly! I was trying to finish a final box in the kitchen and they were almost done moving all the boxes out of my apartment!) Watching one normal-sized guy carry a bookshelf AND boxes on his back simultaneously down many stairs of a Victorian (quickly) is reason alone to call these guys!
Dealing with Corrib was pleasant and easy from start to finish. They were friendly, courteous, respectful, clear and professional. It was not at all stressful. They showed up on time, did not react at all to the 30 steps going up to my place, and they got down to business immediately. We were still on introductions, and one guy was already putting 4 boxes on his back and out the door! They finished the move way under their estimated time, which I've never heard of. Yes, they're a little more expensive than a couple of the other movers, but completely worth it.
At the end of the move when they were all finished, there was a slight confusion about a detail in our agreement, and Kevin went completely above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and satisfied client - to the point of later contacting me and making sure all was well. That type of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. Thank you, Corrib! -

I used Corrib for my 1-br in-city move a month ago. Great experience all-around!
Kevin gave me a conservative estimate over the phone, and they came in solidly under. They arrived on time (calling ahead to let me know they were en-route), and the friendly 2-man crew had everything done in time for a late lunch. They were also perfectly happy moving the items I'd boxed myself.
Highly recommended for an in-city move. -

These guys are definitely the best movers I've ever used. I've moved a few times while living in the bay area, and the ones with Corrib were the only completely pain-free ones. I moved my stuff from a difficult attic studio into their storage, and then from their storage into my new studio.
Skilled: Not only do they handle every item, including my big, heavy, awkward couch, with ease and speed, but they know how to make sure nothing is scratched or damaged. Watching them run up and down stairs with two boxes on their back is fun, but watching them quickly and skillfully wrap furniture, move delicates out of the way, and cover surfaces that might get scratched just puts your mind at ease.
Professional: Completely honest and upfront, including if they're not sure how long a job will take. Several times they offered to let me do something myself because it would save me money. (I never took them up on that. :) And they've always made sure to call me back, show up when they say they will, and be totally transparent with me.
Friendly: They're just good guys. It goes a long way. :)
I haven't compared exhaustively, but it seems like they charge a premium over other moving companies because they're the best. I'm happy to pay it, and tip well too. -

My husband and I just recently moved from San Francisco to Menlo Park. A two bedroom apt moving to a two bedroom apt. We checked the yelp review and decided to choose this company. At first, we emailed the guy Charlie, he came over to our place and gave us the estimate. Charlie was very friendly. On top of that, It was definitely a reasonable price, so we decided to go for it.
On the day that we move, there was the driver's name Bob, helper patty and Trevor assisted for the move. They are very fast, careful and efficient. Our furniture was not damaged at all. They helped us move within 4 hours which is totally much less then the estimate time.
With the quality of work that they've provided, I will definitely recommend this company to everyone that I know. -

Did a good job
Had great attitude & friendly demeanor... much appreciated in stressful times like MOVING!
Completed the work within the time promised (the max estimate )
For full disclosure: Damaged 1 item but honestly was more concerned about whether the dude hurt himself vs the well being of a resented file cabinet... -

I'll keep it short and sweet.
With 2 days lead time, I was given the task of arranging the move of our two offices in SF to a storage facility in Oakland. Every other moving company made me feel like I was inconveniencing THEM by having to do that.
Corrib did not. And, even after messing around with the stupid bs of a financial district office building, including 11th hour extra insurance requirements, and having to move the moving time from Saturday to Mondy...Corrib worked with me the WHOLE time and made it like it was no big deal. In and out REAL fast, everything intact. Move to way less time than expected, and the cost was WAY worth it.
Thanks a TON guys! -

Great job! Being the typical procrastinator I am, I found a place to live a couple weeks ago and not until late yesterday afternoon did I decided to start finding some movers. Corrib had great Yelp reviews, and after calling a couple of other places I was sold on the Irish accent, and not to mention that they could get two guys out at 9am the next morning! Bob and Martin were great!! They were right on time to the San Mateo area, and got my room loaded into their (huge and super nice) truck in less than 30 minutes!! They then hauled ass up through 101N traffic into the heart of SF in great time, carried my huge boxes on their backs up 3 flights of stairs, dealt with my new neighbors who kept wanting the truck moved, and were still done in less than the time quoted! They were a pleasure to chat with, and were very professional. Bob tells great jokes, and Martin is just all around awesome! Both are unbelievably efficient, and very careful with your things.
Also, I used the yelp deal and in all the commotion of unpacking, etc. forgot to tell them about it until a couple hours after they had left. No problem! Just went and dropped off another check for the discounted price and they shredded the original right then and there. I will absolutely use Corrib again! Thanks guys for making today so easy and stress free!! -

So, stuff wise: I did my own packing, and I only had a bedroom set of furniture, a couple suitcases, and a handful of boxes. I hired movers because carting around furniture is really, really annoying.
I emailed Kevin for an estimate on, I think, Tuesday or Weds of last week, and he got back to me with an estimate and availability really quickly -- I think within an hour, so I was pretty happy with that.
There was some minor confusion on scheduling (because my plans for when I could move were in flux, so he scheduled me for Saturday when I'd requested Monday), but Kevin called the day before to confirm and we were able to clear that up right away, without any painful hassle.
The guys who came to move my stuff were Bob and Dermet. I'd been scheduled for a 12PM to 3 PM window, and they called at around 12:40 to let me know their current job was running late and that they'd be late. They showed up by 3:15, only 15 minutes outside the range I'd been given, and I didn't mind because I'd blocked out the whole day to do moving stuff.
By the time I'd finished looking over and signing the contract, Dermet had, I think, managed to put away at least 1/3 of my room, and it'd only taken them about 15 minutes total to get everything secured in the moving van and to get on the road, so I was really happy with that.
I rode in the van with them because I don't have a car, and they were both very friendly and professional, and their taste in music was pretty cool too. Oh, and I was really anxious about having my computer in the back, since it's a computer and computers are expensive, but they both were really nice about having to put up with all my "okay be extra careful with this" and "okay but you're SURE it's gonna be fine right" and stuff, so that's a plus. :D (also I haven't unpacked/plugged in my monitor to check if the computer's working yet, but I was able to turn it on, so it really should be just fine).
There was some confusion on finding the destination location (it's a small street that's easy to overlook), so we ended up circling around for a couple minutes, which was not helped by my really terrible sense of direction, but it was only a few minutes and they were apologetic about it so I didn't really care.
Um, then they grabbed all my stuff from the back and managed to get it all up a flight of stairs and in my room, while it's really warm out, in basically no time at all. Literally I stood around, ran up and down the stairs a few times to watch, chatted with my new housemate for a couple minutes, and then it was done.
So, yay! Final total ended up being $50 less than the low end of the estimate they'd given me, even. So, I don't know -- they were great for me, but I had everything packed and nothing I had was especially fragile, so I was probably an easy job.
All they had to do was throw everything into the van, secure it, and take it out at the destination, and they did that perfectly. I'd definitely be willing to use them when I next move, if I'm still in the city. -

Kevin and co. exceeded my expectations. I have moved countless times throughout my life (both overseas and domestic) and this was the most professional and efficient move I have encountered.
Kevin was very flexible on items that needed special care. I trust his team to move my house again. -

I recently hired Corrib for the big move out of the city to the burbs of marin. They were awesome. the move was complicated due to difficulty scheduling the actual move date and Kevin and Seamus were super patient with me about that. the were a little behind schedule but they called to let me know. once they arrived they kicked butt and finished quicker than expected and came in UNDER the estimate. Really, what else could you ask for.

Stress-free moving. I found myself signing a lease for a new apartment to move in a week, and was referred to Corrib as a good company to use. Kevin quickly gave me an estimate after a few simple questions, and came to visit the next morning to confirm and give me a "do not exceed". Move date is just 5 days away - the price is quite reasonable.
I even picked up a lot of free, used boxes from their warehouse - no extra cost or waste required for packing!
On the day: arrived 8am, packed in 1.5 hours, drive, unpacked in 1.5 hours, completed before 12pm! This is for a 2 bed apartment, about 30 big boxes, and a small number of really big items. Friendly crew, unbelievably fast (and still careful), and clear about everything they were doing.
Highly recommended - I'll definitely be using them next time. -

We had the amazing team of Bob, Kevin, and Mark who did the actual move. As well as another Kevin (the owner) who helped me book a time and do the estimate. Thank you once again guys! You were a pleasure to do business with.
It's been a few weeks since Corrib helped me with one of the most difficult months of my life thanks to moving. In fact both my boyfriend and I were stressed out about the move, but the pros at Corrib quickly put us at ease and earned our trust within the first 15 minutes. They had great attitudes, worked quickly, and took the utmost care of our furniture during the entire process. In fact, they were so efficient that they went under the estimated time/cost.
I also appreciated the fact that the guys at Corrib were mindful of all the tedious moving rules that came with my new apartment building. They were so professional about everything that the building staff thanked me for hiring good movers.
I hope that I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I had to do it again, Corrib would be the first to call on my list. I've already spread the word about these guys to friends who may be in the market to move. It's the least I can do as a 'thank you.' -

We hired Corrib Moving because the building we were moving in to had them on a preferred vendor list. We had a recommendation for another mover, but decided to go with these guys instead.
They were available when I called to make the appointment and accommodated a short notice move just 3 days away.
Bob and Dermet came and moved us today and were great! They were very friendly and took excellent care in moving our things. These guys put in a hard days work and it's insane how much stuff they carry on their backs. I've never seen movers quite like this.
They quoted us 8-9 hours and it ended up taking 7 plus 1.25 hours of drive time to-from San Jose to San Francisco (and in the rain I might add). We'll definitely use them again next time we move and recommend them to friends. -

You will have absolutely ZERO to worry about working with these wonderful guys. I have used this business for packing, moving and storage and they have impressed me at every turn. They are all nice and courteous. They are professional and great problem solvers. Unlike most businesses in San Francisco, they are not willing to compromise service for money. Corrib is a rare gem. NO kidding. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. Michael, Kevin and all the rest of the guys are the BEST!!!!!! They even prorate your storage fee if you leave the month early. Most moving a storage would never do that- nor would they be expected to. Corrib goes above and beyond all expectations every time.

Surprisingly, a day after I posted my review below, the owner Kevin sent me an email concerned about our experience and we spoke over the phone.
It does take a lot to call your clients to sincerely apologize and express your concern. Kevin explained how some the problems were addressed and offered compensation for the damages & missing items.
While we weren't seeking compensation we appreciated him being honest and straight forward with us.

Ohh noo... What a fiasco!!
Everything started pretty well. They came one day to pack boxes and the next day they came to load up the truck on time. We moved in March of 2010 from SF to San Jose.
It all fell apart at the end when they rushed through the packing part ...
1) They shoved my plants in the truck and broke most of them (literally when they arrived at the new place and the truck opened the plants almost fell!!)
2) They left my husband in the previous house because they were in a rush to get lunch probably, and he had to pack all the stuff they forgot in his small coupe car!!! (they had left chairs, frames, blankets... ALL SORTS OF STUFF!!) - CRAZY!!! They literally left him and never finished the job.
3) 1 month later after I finished unpacking after the move I realized they actually lost stuff - I was missing a hammock, a frame, and a plant! WHAT KIND OF MOVING CO. LOSES STUFF??
4) I was pregnant and they were smoking all the time (granted they smoked outside but regardless...)... all the windows were open and I could smell it all the time.
5) for the price, I would use a more professional-well known company. I rather pay the same money, but get great service. I can do without the Irish jokes. -

I was very hesitant hiring a moving company as I've heard the horror stories of being quoted one price then when they show up it takes way longer and you end up paying an arm and a leg.
I hired Corrib because they called me back right away and gave me a good quote over the phone. I was moving out of a 1 bedroom into a Studio about 20 blocks away, they had no problem scheduling me with 3 days notice.
I packed everything in boxes and got the furniture ready for them. I ended up having way more stuff (as usual) than i thought I would, so I started to worry what was to be a 3 hour job would turn into a 6 hour job.
The guys showed up right at 8 am and went to work. They moved me methodologically and quickly, all in all it took 3:45 min. They even had some wardrobe boxes for me to use for my hanging items and took a few things I didn't expect them to. They charged me a great rate, less than I expected to pay so I tipped the guys generously.
Great movers highly recommend I will for sure call them next time I move. -

I hate moving. These guys made it really, really easy.
From the start, Kevin provided excellent service. He showed up exactly on time for our pre-move walk through and the truck was waiting outside when I first checked for it on the day of the move. The crew of 3 (I wish I wasn't so bad with names because they deserve better recognition) were friendly and simply manhandled my move from SF to Oakland. With lots of stairs and tight corners in both locations, I was sure that their attitude would decline and that the move would go long. But they never faltered and I think the total time was at the low end of the estimate. It should be noted, though, that I was really well-prepared for the move and there were no unexpected issues.
In the end, I paid less than I thought I would (and less than half of what another mover had quoted) and ended up infinitely more satisfied than I thought possible (no offense intended). -

EDIT: The day after I posted this review, Kevin (the owner) contacted me to apologize profusely for how my move went, and wanted to make it up to me. Apparently, Niall (the one who handled my move) had only worked there for two weeks, had done this crap to a lot of customers, and was fired shortly after my move. Kevin reassured me that Niall is no longer with the company (or even in the country), they have changed their hiring practices since then, and that they absolutely do not condone any of the things that Niall did that made me feel so uncomfortable (and Niall made the other workers feel uncomfortable as well).
I feel that Kevin is being honest and feels devastated by what Niall did, and contacted me to set my mind at ease. So I feel that it is important that I set the record straight here as well - I did have a particularly bad experience, but I feel confident that it's not one which will be repeated.
Obviously, if I didn't believe Kevin, now I'd be worried that even two years wasn't long enough (he obviously keeps very good records!), but he's put my mind at ease. So, thanks, Kevin. If I ever have to move again, I'll consider Corrib.
====
I hired Corrib for a move back in July, 2008. I have waited this long to post a review because frankly, I felt threatened by them and I'm just hoping that enough time has passed that they won't come to my house and break my stuff.
When I first contacted them, it was via email, wherein I asked for a quote for moving a 1-bedroom apartment from SoMA to the Mission, with a full-service pack-and-move. I got a friendly email back saying to call on the phone to schedule a full survey and quote, so I called back, and when I explained my need to the person who answered the phone, he said, "Oh, that sounds pretty straightforward. It'll just cost $600." I said that sounded suspiciously low, but he reassured me that would be all that it took.
The day of the move, they showed up and were completely surprised that I hadn't packed all my stuff up. I said that I had scheduled them for a full-service pack-and-move, and the person in charge said that he was the one who took my call and I said no such thing. He then blamed me for every part of the misunderstanding, even after I pointed him to the original emailed correspondence. He said that he doesn't read the email and wouldn't update my quote, and said that it would just end up costing whatever it cost, and that if I didn't follow through on using them I'd still have to pay for their time and truck rental. At this point I felt genuinely threatened and decided to go along with it, because their Yelp reviews had been so good.
During the entire packing process they complained about everything (the fact I didn't have any boxes for them, the fact that they had to move boxes all the way to the service elevator, the lack of warning and planning - again blaming me for their poor communication), and while making conversation with me, they said quite a few homophobic and misogynistic things, which again made me feel quite uncomfortable. They also loved to badmouth the "non-Irish work ethic," and made fun of one of the workers for not being Irish, which he seemed to take in stride but it still seemed quite mean-spirited.
When we got to the destination, they again complained about the whole process of hauling boxes up the stairs - even though this is what I'd hired them for - and when everything was moved in, they asked me if I wanted my bed assembled. I said "no." The foreman insisted that they do it, and bill me for the time (with everyone sitting around except for the one person who was doing the assembly).
Several of my items were also pretty badly damaged, but they made the claim that they were already damaged before they loaded it up, even with me watching on the way out.
After all this, they gave me a bill for over $1800 (three times the original estimate), had the gall to ask me for a huge tip, and refused to leave until I gave them this tip. On the way out, the foreman asked me to leave them a 5-star review on Yelp, with a very forceful and threatening tone, with a very "I know where you live" sound to it.
This experience has completely soured me on Corrib. If you do decide to go with them anyway, make absolutely sure that they know what you're hiring them for, and bring an extra-thick skin and checkbook. -

Corrib provided fantastic work/above and beyond the call of duty. I have an armoire (54w 20d 66h) that almost didn't make it... they didn't give up, and they didn't complain. I think I'm going to sell the house with the armoire, but I will hire Corrib again. THANK YOU!

One word: Love.
They were fabulous. Called to say when they were 15 minutes away, and arrived promptly at 8am. Paul packed up my kitchen singing the whole time, and even if you are moving, who can be unhappy when listening to an Irishman with a good voice hum a tune? It was lovely.
They made the entire ordeal not seem like an ordeal at all through their professionalism and courtesy.
They even offered to help me pack my storage room more tightly to make sure I could fit as much as possible inside.
It ended up being a little more than the estimate, but that's only because a few items wouldn't fit in the elevator and took a bit longer to take down the stairs. Small price to pay to have the entire move go without a hitch, and not one thing broken.
Do buy them lunch, and give them a big tip.
I'd hire these guys again without the slightest hesitation. -

All the reviews are legit, these guys did a great job! Here's how it went down:
We were moving from San Mateo into the city, and I called to get a quote. I called a few days before the move to confirm everything, and we were set. We had almost everything packed so there were no surprises (if you are going to complain about how long its taking, do a reality check to make sure you did your due diligence and packed up everything).
Day of move the guys called right on time. Out of the truck came a motley crew indeed...John, Scott and Darren (or was it Derrick, or Desmond, I forgot haha) came in and kicked ass. Our little 1 bdrm apt was packed up in about 1.5 hrs. The hell part was the new place was up 3 flights of stairs...didn't matter, all of them just got it done. Total move time was seriously like 4 hrs.
There was no way we'd be able to move the stuff we did. Without these guys we'd be screwed so this paid for itself. I tried helping but they'd give me pillows or something light...like they wanted to move the heavy stuff! Hey they are pros, and props to them. The guys were great...I like hanging out with people that can work and make cracks, and these guys were joking with us, working, and smiling the whole time. It's almost like they liked moving...weird.
Will use again? Hell yes.
