I had a foreign business trip visitor coming here last week, but at the last minute, he had to put off the trip for a week. I had already prepaid for 5 days through travelocity, and wasn't sure if I could change the booking. its up to the hotel whether or not to charge you if you cancel a booking. the corporate inn was extremely flexible, immediately agreeing to move the booking ahead one week, with no charge or hassle. ive had to argue with the hyatt and other hotels (boo quality inn sunnyvale) to cancel or change bookings only 5 minutes after making them. it was refreshing to get such helpful service with this hotel. Our visitor was very happy with the hotel, and with the location, as there are a number of restaurants.

update: Travelocity contacted me a week later, issuing me a refund for the one night that the guest did not use of the 5 nights booked. this request was initiated by the hotel, I was very impressed at their willingness to refund money I hadn't even realized that I had overpaid.
