Okay, so this little deli type place on the first floor of my office is sometimes out of entrees, sometimes doesn't have tomatoes, often doesn't have chips, but the girl on staff is great, finding new ways to increase business.  I'm sure she gets paid like $9 an hour and has increased the business tenfold down there since she started near the start of the year.

For a pretty small space she does a great job, fast and personable.
