Kinda alarmed at all the bad reviews here; I'd have given this joint four stars if not for...well let me set up the situation.

We were wrapping up my daughter's Sweet 16 weekend on a Sunday afternoon after a day of shopping in Atlantic Station. All of us were tired, so we just kinda stumbled onto CCB because well, it was there. "Us" is a group of 8, ranging in age from 32 years-1.5 years old. Because of the size of the party, we expected-and received a bit of a wait; somewhere in the 20 minute range. One member of my party sat at the bar and was served immediately. I figured I'd get me some drank ( VIRGIN!) while I waited, too. Well I waited. And waited. AND WAITED, never to see the bartender, because our table was ready before she ever showed her face to me.

So, surprisingly we were all seated in a very open but cozy arrangement, and our server was Johnny-on-the-spot. He went through a quick spiel about the restaurant and took our drink orders; luckily I also ordered water that arrived quickly because remember the no-show bartender? Yeah. Took FOREVER to crank out my Virgin Mary. It was good once it FINALLY arrived, though. there were too many of us for me to remember what we all had and each person's opinion on it, but  our food arrived quickly, and in unison. My daughter had some sort of seafood platter which was okay, and I had  the eggplant napoleon which  was dooooooooooooope! Everyone's portions were generous, and we all ended up with a take-out package. Sometime during the meal, as the server replenished drinks, I was asked if I'd like another drink from the bar. HELL NAW. something really needs to be done about that; they need to have more than one bartender on each shift if the drink turnaround or wait at the bar is regularly anything like what I experienced. Hence, the 3 star rating.

We did have cheesecake, and it wasn't anything spectacular, but wasn't bad at all.

When the server arrived with our checks, I was pleasantly surprised to see that he'd not automatically charged us gratuity, which tends to be the unfortunate standard  for large parties in most establishments. I usually find that when I'm in a large party,  we get awful service and are expected to pony up undeserved gratuity. I'm usually an excellent tipper, because I used to be a server ( as well as one of the members of my party), so I know how it is; and I always make sure to tip at LEAST 20% for good service, so it pisses me off to get bullied into gratuity by a sucky server. I was glad to go above an beyond in gratuity, because our server was pleasant and efficient, which is hard to do with a packed house.

I'll be back! Hopefully I can update with at least 4 stars, if they do something about the bar.

I visited on a Tuesday night and was told that it was one of the slower nights.  That being said, the service was still very good and the food couldn't have been better for what it is.  It's a typical chain restaurant that you would find in a mall.  Atlantic Station isn't the typical mall, it's not even the typical outdoor mall, but that's basically what it is.

Back to the food, I had the fork tender pot roast with macaroni & cheese and a side of the fried onions.  The only complaint I would have is that the pot roast wasn't fork tender.  Other than that, it was great.  The macaroni & cheese had a very homemade feel to it and the fried onions, well I'm a big fan of fried anything,  The interesting part of the fried onion was that while it was definitely onion strings, it had the taste and crunch you would find on fried chicken.

Unfortunately i was by myself so I sat at the bar.  But the drinks were well made and poured with a heavy hand.  I would visit again except that I'd like to try something new in the area.

so this is completely based on the bar area...no food, just drinks :-)

typically i stay away from the chain restaurants unless i'm craving some good ol' fine american dining.  i met a couple of friends here for a couple of drinks and had a blast!  the drinks were really good and our server, Pam, was an excellent waitress and i will go back just for her!

not to mention, her birthday is the day after mine.

One of the worst restaurants I've been in. It's basically a Cheesecake Factory knock-off - complete with their prices, but without the service and experience.

Our waiter never paid attention to us and our food took forever to get. They then proceeded to charge our group of 5 for a gratuity tax after providing no service.

Food was pretty decent...at least 3 star worthy.

However what gained them the lower 2 stars, was we had terrible service.  At one point, the server disappered for about 30 minutes when we were ready for the check.  Also, the booth smelled like rancid dish water.  Failz.

I hate to be so negative, but this was perhaps one of my worst dining experiences in the city all around.  This place is essentially a copy of the Cheesecake Factory, a copy made by a 45 year old copier that needs a new toner.  Even the name "Copeland's Cheesecake Bistro" leaves something to be desired, as this place isn't a 'bistro' or small restaurant, it is a chain designed simply to make money from innocent patrons.  The atmosphere, contrived.  The serve, inattentive.  The food, subpar at best.  For the money, I can think of a million better places.  I'm going to stop now, instead of giving this the honor of a full review- you get the idea!

Well. It is a nice resturant to go out with hs & or college friends.
I feel like it's a knock off of the cheese cake factory.

I hate I always have to wait to be seated every time I go
But when I order the cheesecake it cheers me up LOL.

The service is 50/50

Not bad, open late. What can you expect? We had the Meatloaf with a spicy gravy which was very good. We also had the crab and shrimp Salad and a piece of the Dulce Cheesecake. Both were good, but not great. I actually used a $25 gift Certificate on the meal, so for $20 I cannot complain.

Overall it looks a bit like Cheesecake, but the place is much dirtier. Everywhere from the floor, to the time it takes to clean the tables, to the restrooms were dirty. be forewarned!

I will parrot previous reviews--THIS PLACE SUCKS!!  Seriously!  First of all, the ambiance is terrible... the decor looks cheap, the music is too loud, and the clientel... uhh let's just say that my friends and I felt VERY out of place in this establishment.  Oh, and to make matters worse--I was of the opinion we were in a casual restaurant, until someone approached my friend and informed him that he needed to take his hat off.

Service is bad.  It wasn't even busy tonight and it took our server almost ten minutes to come up to us and even take our drink order.  She seemed bored, and their outfits are horrendous.  Blue shirts, what the hell?  I felt like I was eating dinner in Best Buy.  This notion was further confirmed when I find a random TV playing in the restroom... just in case I want to... watch TV while I'm washing my hands?  Not only that, but we noticed our table was lacking silverware.  Our server came up to us and said, "All our silverware is dirty so you can take whatever silverware you need from this tray"... and the tray consisted of a beverage tray with a linen on it.  Uhh... okay... so we picked up the necessary silverware for 4 people and she disappeared.

On to the food!  I looked at the menu, and nothing seemed very appetizing except for a "shrimp and crawfish" bake appetizer.  You can't go wrong with something like that, right?  So I ordered that, and the response was a very abrupt: "We don't have that."  Okay, rude!  So I ordered something else instead.  My friend ordered the spinach dip, which she said sucked.  They have this weird sour cream that is seasoned and it just doesn't taste good at all.  It almost tasted like the Hidden Valley ranch dip, which is great with carrots and potato chips but NOT spinach dip.

After an unsatisfactory meal, we received our bill.  I don't have a problem paying $$ for GOOD food, but when their food and service is worse than what I've experienced in some bars, I don't think I should be paying that much money.  We didn't even get bread, I mean don't restaurants serve you bread before your meal??  This was either a restaurant flaw or a service flaw, I don't care.

I guess my biggest problem with this place is that it IS a Cheesecake Factory knockoff.  And CCF isn't that much better.  But don't serve cheap, subpar Cheesecake Factory impostor food at CCF prices!  Ughhh this place just gave me weird vibes I won't go back.  This place probably serves predominantly "first-time" customers because I couldn't imagine anyone who knows anything about good food and good restaurants returning.

To be fair, apparently my hat-less friend enjoyed his burger (5 out of 5 stars, he said) so that's why it gets 2 stars.

Nothing special. I've been here twice (was supposed to be 3 times, but we'll get to that). The first time was with a whole group of friends and then once with my brother when he was here from out of town. I wish we had picked something better, because I think he left thinking "Is this the best ATL has to offer??" It's almost like the Cheesecake Factory, but it's not even as nicely decorated. This place just tries too hard but fails.

The first time I went was on a Friday night and there were so many of us that no one paid that much attention to the service. The food was okay, but nothing I haven't had before.

Then I was supposed to go there for my birthday back in 2007. I called on a Wednesday night and made a reservation for Saturday. The guy told me that it was all set. Me and about 10 friends of mine get there at 8 o'clock like we planned and then they tell us they don't have our reservation. WHAT?!? It's my birthday! you BETTER find a table!!! Then they proceed to tell me they don't even take reservations for Saturday. How does this happen?!? At this point I was so mad I was probably screaming at them in front of the other 30 people waiting for a table. Needless to say, we left and went to Strip right next door, and boy am I glad we did! The food is much better and so is the atmosphere.

The second time I actually ate there was with brother for Sunday lunch. He was in from out of town, but he'd already been to Strip and CPK, so we ended up here. We waited about 20 mins for a table, and then the waitress took another 20 mins to take our order after bringing us water. Then the food took another 30 minutes and we had only ordered an omelet and a sandwich! WTF? Is it that hard to make?? I know my brother didn't enjoy it, and neither did I. I will probably never go back there if it's up to me.

Let me start off by saying the ONLY reason I even stepped foot into this place is because my aunt (who lives here too) had said she never tried it and thought we should give it a go.

So my mom (who was visiting) and I went inside while my aunt went to add more quarters to our cars.

Here is an excerpt from our experience
Greeter: hi.
Us: hi they'll be three, can we sit outside? (there were 4+ open tables out there, 3 or so already seated)
Greeter: uh...I don't think any server is out there availble. uhm. ::looks at sever behind her:: can you take it?
Server:  ::Shakes head no, huffs, then replies:: yea, I guess I'll take it.

I wanted to leave right then and there, are you serious!?!?!? But, again, my aunt...

Thank goodness when she met us outside she felt the same way...and we were ALL scared of how the food would be- an 8 page menu? No thanks. We bolted.

This place sucks!! Like... a lot!

The hostesses are rude and clearly hate life.  The mac & cheese is dry.  The wait is ridiculous.  They take forever to bring your food (usually the wrong food).  And the ONE thing on the menu that I actually liked (4 cheese pasta) they discontinued (WTF!!).

So if you're thinking of trying this place out, I have an idea:  Try someplace that doesn't suck! Problem solved.

This place *does* suck. The food, I felt, was a bit heavy and a bit pricier than it should be. It was rowdy and noisy. The food took a while to get there, which sucked for me because I had to do other things immediately afterwards. My waiter wasn't very great. I asked him if something could be changed in one of the dishes and he somewhat freaked out (not yelling, more like being overly verbose) on me, which made me freak out. All I needed was a simple yes or no.

My friend asked if they had bananas foster for dessert. Our waiter said yes and brought out bananas foster CHEESECAKE. Uhm, ok? Again, we were in a hurry, so we didn't fix it but my friend ended eating only the bananas on his dessert.

I'm not coming back.

Went on a Saturday for lunch.  We got the onion strings as our appetizer and I had the chicken marsala as my entree.  The onion strings were good, but the chicken marsala was just OK.  Service was average.  We sat in one of the booths next to the kitchen and for some reason, we kept smelling this horrible stench.  Not sure where it was coming from, but it smelled like they had just mopped up a floor or something and the mildewy odor was spilling over to our table.  Very unappetizing.

I had a pleasant experience at Copeland's Cheesecake Bistro for my mother's birthday a few years ago.  We went early on a weeknight so it was not super-packed (as it can get on weekends).  All of the entrees were pretty good, but not memorable.  The staff was friendly and the desserts were excellent.

Unfortunately I usually only find myself in Atlantic Station on the weekends, and I steer clear of this place due to the hour-long waits.

I concur with the majority of the reviews that rate this place as downright awful.

We went before seeing a movie on a Saturday night - they told us the wait would be 45 minutes and thankfully it was only 20.  However, it's crowded, the tables are WAY too close together and it's noisy as hell.  I could barely have a conversation with the women sitting across the table from me without screaming.

We ordered drinks from our waiter, Ryan, who seemed more than happy to flirt with my friend Monica and basically she was the only one he spoke to the entire evening.  We then ordered the Spinch and Artichoke dip appetizer which is just okay (the spicy mayonnaise stuff is pretty tasty but otherwise I wasn't overwhelmed).   They don't give you enough chips though, and so we ordered more chips from Ryan... who came back to our table 10 minutes after were ordered to verify that we wanted more CHIPS.

He shows up with another order of Spinach Dip... which he charged us for after we claimed that we just wanted the CHIPS and didn't understand the mix-up because he came back and asked again.

I ordered the French Club for my entree... the portions are ridiculous. I ate half of the sandwich and was stuffed.  Also I ordered fries,  but instead I got the onion strings.  The server checked the order and told me it was put in wrong, but then gave me an order of fries anyway.

Then we ordered dessert, and Ryan brings us the Chocolate layer cake instead of the Brownie a la mode that we ordered (which don't look anything alike).... and then blamed the kitchen for giving him the wrong plate... Dude!!  LOOK AT WHAT YOU'RE SERVING PEOPLE!!  At that point I'd had it.

And the food wasn't even that tasty.  There was nothing memorable about anything that I ate.  In fact I could get everything somewhere else that would taste better and be a hell of a lot cheaper.

It's crowded, it's loud, it's overpriced.  And I hate Atlantic Station.  There is no positive to going to eat at Copeland's Cheesecake Bistro.

If you haven't been..  RUN, don't walk!!

The food is EXCELLENT, but I hope you like large servings... They don't skimp on the portions AT ALL...

The ambiance is generally good, it can get a bit noisy with the music, and conversation going on around you, but it's pretty much serene and quite fun...

I LOVE a few of their dishes, primarily the Jambalaya Pasta... If I could, I would probably eat here once a week, and watch the pounds add on, but I try to keep it in proportion...  LOL

Overall, I think this is a GREAT place to enjoy a great meal with a date and/or friends..

It's one of Atlantic Stations shining points.

We went here last night, only because there were some deals found on  http://restaurant.com.

the coupon  details required us to spend at least $35 in food in order to use a $25 off you bill discount.

with that said, we got the flautas, gumbo, french onion soup, the half bbq chicken, and the Thia wraps.

the food was good, but the service was a bit off.

it took them 20 minutes to complete our drink order, which consisted of 2 glasses of water.

the time between our appetizers and entrees must have taken at least 45 minutes.  This was of no fault of the server,  it looks like the kitchen staff got really slammed.

anyhow, the portions here are quite big, so you get your monies worth.

If you have not been here before i say check out those dining coupons, and try to save a few bucks.

I'm extremely surprised at all the negative reviews for this restaurant.  I went to eat here last night and was completely blown away.  We walked around Atlantic Station for a while looking for a place to eat.  We walked by cheesecake bistro and i thought to myself it was cheesecake factory.  Since i have never been impressed with cheesecake factory i said "no" to myself to eating there.  We kept walking around and couldnt decide on where to eat and we walked by cheesecake bistro again but this time i took a closer look.  It was NOT cheesecake factory.  We looked at the menu and we decided to eat here.  Best decision of eating somewhere in quite a while.  The decor is very modern and sleek.  Very nice to look at.  Also, they were playing 80's songs on their sound system so that was a plus too.  The service was a little slow but the server was good and very attentive.  It was extremely busy so maybe that was why it took a while for the food to come out.  We got the onion strings for appetizer and they were awesome.  They came with barbecue sauce and honey mustard and the flavors tasted amazing with the onion strings. I had the jambalaya pasta and it was bursing with flavor.  Spicy sausage, shrimp and chicken.....yum.  My friend had the seafood platter and that was great too.  The best thing i liked about this place was the portion sizes.  They are HUGE!!!!!!!!  I cant stand going to a restaurant that thinks its more important how the food looks on the plate rather than thinking about whether or not the customer will go home satiated.  You dont have to worry about that here.  Great experience and i will definitely go back.

I didn't expect much when I went to Copeland's.  I thought the menu would be similar to the Cheesecake Factory - wide variety of everything with no particular specialty.  Maybe it was my low expectations, I was pleasantly surprised with the decent food quality, and friendly service.

At the time, it was my first time dining at Copeland's.  So I asked our waitress for recommendations. Sadly, she didn't really help me out.  So I ended up following my intuition and ordered the dishes with pictures.  Hey, the restaurant feels confident enough to advertise it on their menu.. hence it should be pretty good, right?  I ordered the Crab and Crawfish Bake after looking (and drooling) at the ad in their menu.  I really enjoyed it, but my tablemates did not.  They complained that it was too greasy and salty.  I also ordered the Crawfish Ravioli which was also advertised.  I felt lukewarm about it.  I didn't absolutely love it nor hate it.  It wasn't so good that I wanted to order it again next time I dined here, but it wasn't really bad that I would never recommend it to others.

Their cheesecake swept me away.  This was totally unexpected because I really hate cheesecake.  My tablemates really wanted to try their cheesecake so I was left with no choice.  So we ended up ordering the Original flavor - nothing fancy.  But man, was it good or what!  The filling was really creamy and the crust was nutty and buttery - the perfect combination!  On top of that, it wasn't as heavy as Cheesecake Factory's cheesecakes.  Clever, because last thing I want is a big, fat cheesecake after a heavy meal!

Sometimes giving a restaurant a second chance turns out to be a bigger disaster than the first try. Copeland's Cheesecake Bistro taught me a valuable lesson: sometimes your first impression is dead on, and it would be better to move along...quickly.

My first trip to Copeland's was for coffee and dessert following a movie with my wife and a friend at the Regal Cinema about 50 yards away. I didn't have a good feeling walking into the place, it seemed like it was too deliberate a copy of The Cheesecake Factory. However, this was in the very early days of Atlantic Station when a large part of the retail and dining spaces were still under construction or not open. As far as dessert, this was the only choice without leaving Atlantic Station.

After we sat, we waited a long time for our server to show up. That normally doesn't bother me much. I've worked in restaurants (both serving and cooking) back in the day, so I'm understanding and know there's usually a mitigating circumstance to bad service. You have to practically set my napkin on fire in my lap to make me angry. But I digress...all three of us ordered the cheesecakes we were interested in from the menu, only to be told that none of those cheesecakes were available tonight. We went through the choices again, only to be told that all of our second picks weren't available either. We ended up settling for basically whatever they had in stock at the moment, and let it go without a fight. We also found out that any specialty drinks or coffees from the bar were unavailable since they were having an equipment malfunction.

Fast forward several months: Atlantic Station has filled in and lots of dining options are available. We have the same three people leaving a movie on a Monday night who make the ill fated choice to grab coffee and dessert at the same place we were burned before (at my suggestion). I actually defended Copeland's, saying that our first experience there probably had a lot to do with it having just opened, and there's no way it could be that bad again. I was right, it was actually much worse the second time around.

This time we went through the same song and dance about not being able to order two thirds of the cheesecakes on the menu. When my wife and our friend ordered lattes, we were told that the restaurant was out of milk and couldn't make any drinks with steamed milk as an ingredient. I finally lost it at that point. There's a Publix about 200 feet away from their door. If you run out of an essential ingredient for half the drinks on your coffee menu, shouldn't someone get off their butt and walk over to Publix and buy a few gallons of milk?

The icing on the cake (which you probably couldn't order either) was what happened next at the bar. It's Monday night, there's football on television. About two minutes after we order, the bartender changes the channel from the game to a showing of The Pianist and walks off. I'm not sure why the bartender figured that nothing says a fun watch over your dessert and coffee like a movie about the Holocaust. Pretty much a conversation and buzz killer at the same time. We ate our cheesecake and drank our waters and left the building like it was on fire.

Saturday night the girls and I headed out to Atlantic Station to grab a bite to eat before we danced the night away. This place was packed and people seemed to not mind the hour long wait. I didn't mind the 45 minute we had, being that I was there with my 2 favorite girls. :-) The wait was EXACTLY 45 minutes.

The hostess was a little weird being that she walked around with her purse all night. Our waiter Bobby was extremely nice, he took the time to literally explain everything on the menu to us. The food here was great. We didn't have to wait very long for our food to come out steaming. We ordered a "Hurricane Warning" which was probably bigger than the three of our heads put together (pictures coming soon).

The other guest here were awesome, we ended up making friends with the table next to ours and having a blast. I would definitely visit this place again. I especially like the diverse atmosphere. The dress code ranged from very formal to jeans and snow boots (even though there was no snow...rain...or even thoughts of snow). I also liked the fact that even though we were still waiting on other members of our party we were still seated at a table that would accommodate all of us. The waiter was on top of everything, drink refills, making sure everything was going well, making jokes, awkwardly sneaking into our pictures, and the splitting of the bill. I really hate when I go out to eat and the waiter/waitress doesn't even ask if you want the bill split.

I had a great time here and have plans of returning very soon!

I'm not the biggest fan of Cajun style cookin', but Copeland's keeps me coming back.  I've gone a few times and have only tried one meal - the Blackened Chicken Alfredo.  They add a cajun-seasoned juicy chicken breast to a pile of yummy linguine noodles drenched in their own alfredo sauce.  You also get a flakey, buttery biscuit to sop up the extra alfredo sauce with.

Besides the food, the atmosphere is lovely at this location in Atlantic Station.  The restaurant features cool sculptures protruding from the wall as well as surrounding mirrors that make the environment seem very open and airy.

I've yet to try one of their cheesecakes, but one time a waiter assured me that their slices beat Cheesecake Factory anyday.  Definitely a good place to start off a night on the town or for a semi-romantic date.

I have two words that best describe Copelands Cheesecake Bistro in Atlantic Station: skip it. Some friends met us for dinner before our movie, and suggested this place, and upon walking in, I was certain that it was a Cheesecake factory, but they assured me it wasn't.

What it was, though, was an overpriced knock-off. I had a $10 salad (you read that right), and it was chock full of brown lettuce. What in the hell is so hard about making a salad? Because this place messed it up... AND charged me an arm and a leg for it! If you want high priced crappy food, then this is your place. I would have rather eaten anywhere else (or not at all). Sorry folks.

Being a fan of the original Copeland's and a native of Nawlins I could not wait til' this place opened and I was not dissapointed.  I attended an event with the Atlanta Brunch Club. The food was very good and the service was prompt even though we had a large group. I don't remember the name of this dish I've had several times. It's shimp and seafood that you spread on top of pieces of bread...YUMM-E

Depending on when you go there could be a really long wait, but it's well worth it!!

Copeland's is a New Orleans style Cheesecake Factory.  Not impressed at all.  I went on Friday night and it was busy.  First they sat me and my friends at a table in the bar area which was too dark.  I have to examine my food before I eat it.  Luckily, we knew a hostess so she was able to secure us another table in the main dining area.

The food was good (I ordered the Chicken, Shrimp and Sausage Pasta dish).  The waitress was not very attentive.  The cheesecake was okay except for the artificial strawberry syrup they poured all over my cheesecake , sour strawberries and a crust full of nuts (yuck!!).  What a waste of $7.19.  I've had better cheesecake from the Wal-mart bakery.

Pros: good location
Cons: overpriced not so good cheesecake, not original (copycat Cheesecake Factory), the waitress we had was not very attentive

This is a cool environment for a first date or for conersating.  YouThis is a cool environment for a first date or for conversating.  The environment is if I may say SEXY.  Its more than relaxing.  You will especially enjoy it without the crowds.  The environment encourages conversation.

There really isn't anything special about this place.  The menu has some variety but nothing really jumps off the page and says - ORDER ME!!! The cheesecakes themselves are average and I actually prefer the Cheesecake Factory's cheesecakes.  The service has gone down hill.  When they first opened they had some really good, reliable servers.  The last couple of times I have been there the servers have spent more time socializing with one another than waiting on their tables.  And can someone explain to me why there is always a wait? The people who go there must be out of towners and don't know about the many other (and better choices) in Atlanta.

I have only been here once for lunch and it was not that bad.  It was not great but it was not bad.  I ordered a Cobb salad which really is kinda tough to mess up (although other places have done this).  It was a big salad (even though it was the lunch size) and my only complaint would be that I could have used more avocado and blue cheese (but more blue cheese would have added a lot of flavor and, therefore, totally defeated the purpose of the food strategy here).  I also had soup (of the day) which was clam chowder and it was OK.  They initially messed up my order and brought me the gumbo but the server immediately fixed this - our service was actually very good other than this.  I had a bloody Mary which was just a pretty standard, run-of-the-mill bloody Mary but was fine and drinkable.  It was a pricey, though.

One thing I like here is that they do have quite a few salads that sound good and that you can get them in a lunch size early in the day.  The salads are definitely overpriced but they do sound good, and the one I have tried actually was good.  The rest of the menu really has nothing on it that jumps out at me as being very interesting.  It all seems like very standard chain restaurant fare at higher than they should be prices, but I guess that's part of their thing here.  The wine list is pretty boring, too.

I don't think this place is great and I would never actually suggest going here but, if someone else wanted to go, I would go with them and get a salad.  I am giving them two stars rather than three for very average food at inflated prices (if it was cheaper, they would have got three stars).

The music was great.
Our server was attentive and fast but perhaps a little too fast to the point where he seemed like he was trying to rush us? And he kept making mistakes with the check and I heard the table next to us complaining about how he gave them the wrong change and he seemed like he had an attitude about it but hey...that was their table not mine.
I ordered the Parmesan Crusted chicken with linguini in creamy marinara sauce.
The chicken was paper thin and crispy to the point where you couldn't even cut it. It would've been good if there was more chicken and not so thin. And maybe they should've put some marinara sauce on the chicken? It was completely dry exc. for the Parmesan cheese but that was my fault because it said so on the menu.
The pasta was good but it had huge cloves of garlic in it which had to be taken out. Could have used a little more flavor.
Not the greatest restaurant in the world but it wasn't horrible either.

Stick with the cheesecake at Copeland's Cheesecake Bistro, it is delectable. My favorite is the White Chocolate Raspberry. As for the drinks and meals I wasn't impressed. I've gone to the bar area on two occasions and the manager was a complete idiot.  He had the nerve to try and charge me and my friend's higher prices than what was printed on the menu saying "we just changed the prices and the menu doesn't reflect the updated pricing".  Well if that is the case, why didn't the waiter tell us that when we placed our drink orders.  I certainly don't like surprises on my bill. Needless to say I will not be going back to sit in the bar area ever! Furthermore the wait on the weekends is ridiculous and beyond the cheesecake, the food is sub par at best.  You are better off going somewhere else, like the regular Copeland's in Buckhead.

The two stars is for the cheesecake which really deserves five but since the service experience sucked I had to stop at two

It was aiight. I think more than anything, Copeland's location and people's desire for the Cheesecake Factory experience are what keep this place hopping. I had a creamy chicken mushroom pasta dish, which came as a pretty generous portion, but I found odd that no salad came with. My friends split their hot turkey sandwich with au jus and were happy. None of us had the cheesecake, which gives me an excuse to go back!

Girl's Night!!!

Perfect spot to dine out with your girlfriends - sit at the bar and order drink after drink as you gossip about your latest crush from work.

Margaritatini, Chocolatini, Cajuntini, Appletini...

They also serve cheesecake if you haven't had enough sugar already.

Went there with my friends on friday. The food was alright. I got the tuna and a side of fried rice. While making my order, the waiter advised me to skip the fried rice because it wasnt good. So i got the tuna with succotash instead. It was overpriced for the quality of food.

I have mixed feelings about this one.  While the food left lots to be desired, the Peach Bellini is heaven.  I would stayed all night just to keep chugging these.  From what I remember, the staff was pleasant.  Even though we had a 30 min. wait, it seems to have flown by quickly.  I believe they were also kind enough to remind us that we would be seated soon.

I ate here a while back, from what I remember the food was good.  From the other reviews apparently I am forgetting something, but I dont remember a problem with the service at all, or the food.  But...

I have to say I hate atlantic station.

wow..so not impressed.

after a ten minute discussion ( i kid you not) to distinguish that this was a different restaurant than the Cheesecake Factory i know and love, we arrived at Copeland's Cheesecake Factory. The line was non existent and the hostess were really nice...

the food was....hit or miss.  One of the guys I was with had the gumbo, which he raved about, while another of my friends had the Chinese chicken salad, which he had two bites of before he was over it.

I had the chicken marsala..  its was ok. really that's the best description i can give you for it.  It wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't great.

The drinks were sad. I mean so sad that I thought maybe she gave me a virgin version ( I mean she didn't card me so maybe she just assumed ?? idk)  so I asked. evidently it was alcoholic.  could have fooled me!  a friend of mine had a frozen margarita and had the same issue.  She said it tasted like a slushie... so yeah... don't try the drinks unless you want to pay $8 for nothing.

i prefer the REAL cheesecake factory.... i don't recommend this imitation.
