Cooperativa Car Service

I am very pleased with the car service. One of my elderly patients, who have trouble walking, and isn't fluent in English, has been struggling with traveling from her home to the doctor's appointments. We would schedule transportation for her and a return trip home. Previous companies would leave her stranded, without ever notifying her that they weren't going to pick her up. It was horrible the way she was treated. Cooperativa treated my patient with respect. They were on time picking her up and bringing her home. My patient is very old and couldn't remember where he dropped her off. The driver was kind enough to wait for her for 40 minutes in Manhattan traffic. I felt horrible about it. When I walked her over to his car, I actually see the driver walking around looking for her. You can't get any better than that. Very courteous and EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you so much.
