Slightly above average prices; but solid work and great folks.  Were able to install my new water heater on sat morning with a very short notice.  Very friendly over the phone and I was even able to talk to the job manager in person over the phone when I had questions about the heater after the install.

Our water heater went out a few days ago.  We got five estimates because we couldn't believe how much higher the estimates were from contractors compared to Home Depot and Lowes.  Home Depot and Lowes both admitted that it's their basic estimate, and they won't give a real estimate until they come out, but instead of coming out and quoting you for free, they charge you a $60 "service fee."  I thought to check Yelp and saw Grayson had used Confidence Plumbing, so I gave them a try.

Our last appointment was Confidence Plumbing.  Confidence Plumbing is a contractor with "Service Magic," who I plan on calling again for any household repairs.  They screen all their contractors, and put me in touch with Confidence Plumbing.  I spoke with Wallene, who was really pleasant.  She understood we needed it fixed and quick.  She sent Paul out first thing in the morning- he was the only plumber who arrived right on time.  Paul's been a master plumber for 19 years.  He looked over our other written estimates, and adjusted his rate so he could provide the best deal for us. He and his assistant moved our washer and dryer, and the motorcycle in the garage, to get them out of the way.  He installed a drip pan to get up to code, and drilled a new hole so the drip pan can drain.  He replaced the water heater and put everything back in its place.  He did a great job, and was really good about explaining it in plain English so I understood everything he was doing.  He's really friendly and professional.
