Greg is a great guy to work with. After having an incredible amount of trouble with my relatively new PC, and after going to another shop, I took my computer to the Computer Shoppe to have it checked out. While it took the other local shop over a WEEK to get my computer fixed (and they just reformatted / reinstalled the original items -- which I could've done myself), Greg was able to meet with me the day I called, spent several hours working with me, then took it on on his own. He had it back to me the next day.
Great guy to work with, very reasonable rates, and head and shoulders above his competition. Would recommend to anyone in the area. -

I was having problems with my video card when all of a sudden - my whole screen went blank. My whole business is the computer so I was in a panic when I called Greg. He was over within an hour. He took a look at my system and agreed that I needed a new video card. He helped me order one online (and save money!) and then installed a working video card in my computer until it arrived. This kind of above and beyond service saved me money. His prices are reasonable and if he can't fix it - he won't charge you a dime! Thanks Greg!
