So when people are really nice, I feel horrible putting up poor reviews. Which is why I've waited like a month to review this because I feel bad. Reasons why this place gets two stars:
1. Long Waits: They had us sit in the massage chairs right away, they did not instruct us of how long it would take to ACTUALLY get serviced. We waited probably 20 minutes. Thats fine, well actually, my friend waited 20 minutes it was another 20 minutes until they started working on my feet. You'd think they'd tell you its a 40 minute wait to get your toes done...incase you needed to be somewhere. Luckily we didn't.
2. Unprofessional. The girl who was doing my friends toes got into some argument with her boyfriend, on the phone. Then he shows up with subs and flowers and she tells us about it. I mean it was a funny story, and the girl was really nice. But...we're paying you to our toes, but I'm glad that guys still make up with sandwiches and flowers. The guy who is doing my toes, and the guy doing the strangers next to me chimes in half in english, half in their native language that they'd never date their co worker. That she looks like a boy (she didn't) that they'd rather kill themselves then ever have to kiss her, why doesn't she wear pants or try to look pretty. blah blah. I mean it was half comical, half REALLY uncomfortable. Im sure a lot of people wouldn't have found ANY humor in the situation, but I'm very go with the flow.
3. Poor Quality. Besides the fact that the guy almost painted my toes the wrong colors even though I had JUST pointed out which color I had picked, and then pretended he was trying to be funny. Dude, its not funny, I'm paying you to not screw up my toes. Then made me feel bad about not wanting a design. The toes chipped withen a week. I mean granted I did wear shoes, but I got my toes done in the dead of winter in mass, and they lasted probably a month. My toes, if done right are usually un-chippable. At least not all of them, all my toes were chipped within a week. Lame. He then asked if we'd be back next week to get more colors. ...Nope.
4. Creepy doesn't equal a better tip: making me feel uncomfortable because your talking about dating, and people looking attractive and then spending extra long on my massage does not make me want to give you more money. It makes me want to never leave my house because I'm so confused that people think women wanted to be treated that way.
Over all, the price wasn't bad it was 25 dollars for toes. But, I'd rather go somewhere that tells me I'm going to have to wait, and maintains some level of professionalism. But I may be too picky because I don't know if I can get that order in the capital region.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Tangy L.Schenectady, NY01Sep 4, 2012
Hi I've been going to complete nails for years if you get the right person to do your nails you will not have any problems with how they act. There is one worker in there that does run her mouth a lot but the other ones are very professional and should not be put down for her mistakes. Over all when I get my nails, feet, and or my eyebrows done they always do. A good job in my eyes there r time when things r off is because someone new did them for me but over are there a great place to get yo
ur nails done the only ones I would a nd do go to.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
