I love this magazine, as we love to save a buck or two and use it as a way to be introduced to new restaurants in the area or give us a reason to go to places we have not gone to in a while.

Thanks for this great free resource!

With over 1000 online local coupons, I've scored well on
www.sandiego.backpage.com

Just used a $15 oil change coupon at Precision oil change, my friends and I had a fab-u-lous FREE wine tasting at the Orfila Vineyards and many of the restaurants have 2 for 1 offers or free appetizers or desserts.

OK, WHERE can I get this magazine??  It used to come every 3 months in the mail, and now I haven't seen it in forever!  Do they not send it out anymore?  I think they're trying to charge for it now :(  Does anyone know if there's a place where you can pick it up for free?

If you live in or near "Uptown" or "Downtown" you have probably gotten one of these coupon magazines in the mail. I jump for joy whenever I get one and flip through it like an excited child. You will find lots of "buy one get one free" coupons for restaurants in this magazine, along with discount coupons for retailers and services. You can visit the website for a list of participating businesses.

If you are not lucky enough to get this gem mailed directly to you, there are other ways to get in on the good stuff. You can subscribe to the magazine online for $10 and they will send you 10 magazines in a year. You can also purchase the coupon book for a dollar at participating business like "It's a Grind" in Downtown or Little Italy and "Postal Annex" Downtown.

One of my best friends is the graphic designer for Community Magazine so I'm a little biased, but I want to thank her and the owner for this coupon and information packed 'zine. Go local!

It's almost embarrassing how much we use this!  Great stuff, just waiting here for the next one--all the coupons in the last one have expired!!

I'm all about the community coupon saver.  It usually means a 2-for-1 coupon at places I love or places I've grown to love after trying them through the coupon deal.

Mine comes in the mail, but you can buy it at Uptown Car wash for $1.  I've also heard that you can subscribe online and have it mailed to you.

Down with wasting paper!

In all honesty, it's a waste of paper and just junk mail. I heard about it and then I got one in the mail. Yeah, it's great to look at while sitting on the can, but in my opinion there needs to be an online forum for getting coupons to your favorite restaurants. Think about all the trees that are just wasted for this silly coupon book.
