Just went to my first CHRC seminar tonight ... Living Gluten Free. It exceeded my expectations. I came away with so much great information and the speaker was wonderful. I feel much more confident going into this new way of eating. The additional resources given were above what I had hoped for. Thankfully these days there is tons of information to be found on the Internet ... this program helped make it so much more manageable and provide direction. Thank you CHRC!

I second the previous review. This was a great forum. My biggest complaints came from not the speaker or the content but from the lack of cheap parking, since it was held at CPMC hospital.
