I would like to think that I've never been cheated here.  It's the nearest VW dealership I know where I can go for my special GTI needs.

Seems like they are pretty honest about their work and reasonable estimates.  I usually don't go to dealership for minor things.  But I have visited Commonwealth for front alignment.  At first I was going to replace my hood latch (parts&labor), but the guy told me all he needed to do was adjust and align my front.  I only got charged for labor.  Honest, I'd say.

They've also fixed some recalls on my car, even though that's not the particular reason why I brought my car in.  Once again, helpful.  The longest time I have had to leave my car there was to fix my ABS and my AC vents--1 full day.  They do fast work and problems got fixed.  Very happy with the service!

Thanks to John C. and his team, I definitely changed my mind about dealerships. After my horrible time at another VW dealership just 20 min away I was hesitant. John was my contact person from beginning to end. Called when he said he'll call. Very understanding and awesome customer service. Answered my questions. Someone at the front desk even called me the next day to make sure everything was okay. The guy outside took my keys when he asked if I was dropping off my car. I got the car back within 24 hrs (for maintenance). My car was a bit shaky still but after the first day, it was fine. I even emailed John to thank him for restoring my faith and wouldn't hesitate to go to them instead. He even emailed me back. Check them out!
*They only temporarily solve the problem. so deceiving.
