This apartment complex straddles the new East-West trail to downtown that the Millennium bridge has opened and is located on the Platte river, so as you can imagine, the location is fairly nice.

As such, the prices here are definitely on the upper-end. Still, while $1000 for a 1 bedroom is steep, just go to NYC, or London, or Stockholm and see what the prices are there for high-demand locations.

The staff here were also helpful and the place was almost at capacity, which means good things, no doubt.
